I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. Lots of storage, and options available in the market place and thru the dealer for personalization. Feels solid on the road. I love that the rear windows open completely and there are plenty of airbags for safety.

Steve Statz is absolutely [expletive] awesome! Very friendly, very attentive and helpful. Our experience purchasing the Maverick was smooth, no problems, in and out. AND, he passed my "customer service test question! Example: what's an acceptable ratio of satisfied to unsatisfied customers? Answer: zero! It is a trick question, he passed. Nobody else ive delt with over the years have answered correctly. That shows to me his commitment to providing excellent service. I won't go anywhere else. Middleton Ford and Steve Statz are THE best. I'd leave six stars, but it only goes to five. Keep rockin' Middleton Ford!
