A longtime Honda and Ide customer, I leased a new HRV this month after owning a 2014 CRV since the day it was returned from a prior lease in 2017. I'm elderly and just getting used to all the new tech in my HRV, but am loving it's great comfort, handling, and quality which are consistently typical with what I'm used to. My salesman, Brad Constantino (with impressive personality and knowledge), was thorough, thoughtful, patient, and most helpful (I have hearing issues and some disability) in navigating me through the system. He even adapted an arm on the back tailgate, so it opens only to a height I can easily reach to reclose. That professionalism with added courtesies has always been obvious in my service visits as well, so I commend Ide for their quality standards!

What an amazing experience at Mt. Kisco Honda!! This is my second car(in a row) that I have purchased from this particular dealership. I have owned many Honda cars over the past 25 years and I always do a fair amount of research before each purchase. No games and hard sale tactics. Like I said, I’ve owned many Honda’s over the years and sadly this is not simply the case at many other dealerships. It can be stressful and uncertain. Not at Mount Kisco Honda….. Joe Marrazino, was my Sales consultant. He was patience and helpful from beginning to the end. Spent a great deal of time with me and overall just had a great attitude and vibe. Throughout the negotiation Joe interacted with Jason Sanchez(Sales Manager) who also was instrumental in helping me into the right car for a fair price. Lastly, Jorge Avendano the finance manager, assisted me with my paperwork and financing. It was quick and and only took minutes. When he offered me the options of additional coverage for the vehicle there was no pressure. Usually, at this stage the hard sell comes in and at other dealerships in the past it has actually turned me on the sale. He presented and explained the options and let me decide for myself without any prompting. In 2017 I had exactly the same experience. Even though It was different staff at that time. It’s now 2025 and it’s a testament to how this dealership is run. I love my new Honda Accord. Even better than the Honda Civic Touring model I bought in 2017. Mount Kisco Honda has me as a customer for life. Thank-you Joe, Jason and Jorge!

This place is really nice. Everybody we dealt with seemed honest and low pressure. Gene Joseph was the best sales person I have ever worked with. He was honest, low pressure and knowledgeable. He let the car sell itself without any agenda, he was upfront, no hidden anything. Darwish at finance was great too. My husband and I drove over a hour to test drive a couple cars. Right from the start Jon Schloegel was great. He gave us all the info on both cars as we test drove them. We weren't sure which one we wanted, and we went with what we were ok with. Over the weekend, we let Jon know that we changed our minds and Jon and his team were nothing but accommodating!! Once we came back to get the Honda Pilot, Jon went the extra mile to make sure that all of our concerns were answered! Called the dealership got in contact with Angela Jeshili , from the minuter I spoke to her I knew I would purchase this car on June 2 2025 , I practically brought the car over the phone and picked it up on June 3. She was professional, answer all my question , worked and multitask great on the phone ,was knowledgable , never tries to over speak me , she knew I was full aware of things like money factor residue etc . He took the time to walk me through the numbers and was a complete professional. He set up an appointment for us to come in the next day. Once we arrived at the opening of the store, the vehicle we wanted to purchase was already staged and up front for us to view and drive. Mike had the salesman, Carlos Scaloni already briefed and the process was seamless!! We test drove the vehicle, finalized the purchase and left the dealership in an hour!!
