The service at Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead was excellent! - Joi Kinard

The service at Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead was excellent! Mark was very helpful, and they accommodated me with a loaner vehicle, which I really appreciated. My 48V battery had to be replaced, and I’m not sure why it needed replacing so soon on a 2024 C300. Even with that concern, I was very pleased with the service I received.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with - DS

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Global Imports MINI. After a deal at another dealership unexpectedly fell through—and after going through one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had—Michael Boulton and Jaylen Moreno completely stepped in and turned everything around. They were the complete opposite in every way, and it immediately restored my opinion of their parent company. From the very beginning, Michael made it his mission to locate the exact car I wanted and bring it into Global Imports MINI. What started as a frustrating and disappointing situation elsewhere became seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable because of their effort, communication, and follow-through. What truly stood out was the level of care and ownership they took. Michael and Jaylen went far above and beyond at every step. They were responsive, transparent, and proactive, and they made me feel like a priority the entire time—something that is incredibly rare in the car buying process. Global Imports MINI clearly sets a different standard. The entire experience was thoughtful, efficient, and handled with a level of professionalism that is hard to find. I truly cannot express how much I appreciate everything they did to make this happen. If you are looking for a MINI, I would 100% recommend working with Michael Boulton and Jaylen Moreno at Global Imports MINI. It was, without question, the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

This dealership did not sell me my car, but is the - vaughnhmorrison

This dealership did not sell me my car, but is the closest dealership to my house so when my car was suddenly rendered in operable by a battery cell failure, it was towed to this dealership. Thus began my saga. it has been four months since this time, and there is still no timeline for the return of my car. Eventually, I decided to trade in my old car and the dealership came up with a genuinely good deal to accomplish that. However, before that time I would go weeks on end with no contact from the service department, despite following up as many as ten times. I think Gary is trying to change the culture in the service department and it improved a lot following his arrival. I am also very appreciative of the trade in deal. But I must dock a star for the unacceptable customer service early on.

They could not find the problem of why my radio keeps - Kicks

They could not find the problem of why my radio keeps cutting off in this brand new 2026 Kicks. This is the second time I had to go down to the service department. It's annoying because if I have the gps on the whole screen will just go out.

Brenton and Zach are amazing! - Bill J

Brenton and Zach are amazing! Did the nite drop for brakes that were recommended at my last visit, Brenton made sure I was fully aware of the 2 different pads and pricing, I opted for the OE pads, and took advantage of the brake special pricing they had going. Brenton also kept me updated, not only after the inspection to confirm I need brakes, but then also provided a realistic ETA, and he was dead on accurate! Thanks to the whole team, never have had a bad visit! See you at the next service!

I had a few specific things I was hoping to find in a - hoffmanpete

I had a few specific things I was hoping to find in a vehicle, and instead of brushing past them, they took the time to go through each one. It made the whole thing feel a lot less like guesswork and more like a real exchange of ideas, and I came away satisfied with how it all went
