I called for a transmission issue and they were able to accommodate my schedule for getting my car in for diagnosis. They tried some things that after the first appointment, didn’t end up fixing the issue so I brought it back for a follow up appointment where they tried some other things that did resolve it. I appreciated their persistence in getting my issue fixed, and everyone that I dealt with in the service department was friendly and helpful.

He kept me informed over days about the status of the particular car I was interested in. He did not try to steer me away to other cars perhaps more expensive. Kyle was the service manager I worked with on a continuing problem the suspension on my truck. They identified root cause for the failure and replaced faulty parts returning the systems to normal operating mode and cover the cost through the warranty of the services provided by the original work last year. While they had the vehicle they identified a few other problems that required attention. The truck is back to running well.
