There truly aren’t words strong enough to express my gratitude for everyone at Burns Honda. A 1 to 5 rating could never capture their level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. If I had to rate them, it would be a trillion on a scale of 1 to 5.
Months ago, when I purchased my first car there, Mr. Naji, the general manager, helped me every step of the way. Later, when my car was totaled in an accident, I reached out to him again. Without hesitation, he picked up right away and connected me to their senior sales consultant, making sure everything was taken care of as though I were family. He was so sincere and thoughtful, and the first thing he asked was if I was okay, and that meant so much to me. He immediately got everything rolling to help me get into another car.
Mr. Joey was wonderful to work with. He was pleasant, professional, dedicated, and incredibly patient. He gave me his personal phone number, answered every question promptly, and made sure every detail was perfect, from insurance and financing to the condition of the car itself (staying up until 10 PM to finish my paperwork the day before). When I arrived, everything was ready, spotless, and exactly as promised.
Mr. Adrian was also phenomenal. He was honest, warm, and responsive when discussing pricing, and I knew I was getting the best deal in New Jersey.
Mr. Dave in finance took excellent care of me. He explained everything clearly, helped secure the best possible insurance, and went above and beyond to make sure the process was seamless and stress-free.
Every person I met radiated kindness and sincerity. You can feel that they genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors, not just about selling a car.
I will forever be a Burns Honda customer and won’t even consider going anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with honesty, respect, and genuine humanity. If you are looking for a Honda, this is the only place in New Jersey you should go.
Both times I bought a car there, the process was so smooth I was in and out in an hour and a half. They even checked in after my accident to wish me well and make sure I was safe. That’s who they are, people who care about you as a human being.
I truly don’t know how to express how grateful I am to every single person there. They are phenomenal, extraordinary human beings, and I feel blessed to have met them.
