We went back to leased our second Honda Odyssey because they DCH delivered on their promise! Michael D was very courteous and friendly. Peter could have gone a little lower in our monthly but, overall, we were satisfied and left DCH the same day with a brand new 2019 Honday Odyssey! We were not pressured to purchased other accessories by the finance personnel. The car has so many technology upgrade. It is awesome!

It was two and a half months before my Civic EX-L w/Navigation lease would expire and I thought I would check my upcoming options. I had gotten numberous calls/emails from the dealer about renewing early and thought the time had come. Flora, one of the managers, had lastly called and said to come visit. I made an appointment.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Moises Perez, a Sales Consultant, and I asked for Flora. Flora came by shortly and greeted my with a big smile. She is extremely warm, professional and has great energy. She assured me I was in good hands with Moises. Moises was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgable. I told him that I wanted the 2018-model of the exact car that I currently had. I love it and love the new Civics even more. After having a loaded car, I couldn't go back. We took a walk around the showroom and garage and they only had black and white one on site. I was set on having the same gray as my current car.
He assured me they could get it the next day. We did the initial paperwork and worked out pricing. I did not want to pay any more than I currently was paying. He worked that out.
Unfortunately, the next day, they could not get the grey Civic. Flora called me and told me that I could take the black or white one. I was set on gray. She said they would find it.
A month went by and they could not find the car. Flora checked in several times and told me they were working on it. In the meantime, I was doing my own research and found that indeed no other dealer had the gray Civic EX-L w/Navigation. The next time Flora called I told her I would settle for the white one. She said great and that it would be ready the next day. The next day she called and said it was no longer available. I told her no problem and that I would wait since I still had a month and a half left on my lease.
Within a day, Flora called back. I could sense she sounded happy and excited to tell me they found the white Civic and would be picking it up the next day and she would call me when it arrives at the showroom. Late morning the next day, Flora called with the good news that they had the car and were busy prepping it. Two hours later, Moises was handing me the keys to my new white Honda Civic EX-L w/Navigation. Amazing to me that they drove to a Jersey shore dealer to pick up the car that I wanted.
Besides being extremely patient and persistent in their search, Moises and Flora were really interested in satisfying me and retaining me as a loyal customer. They knew how much I wanted the same car and were intent on finding it for me. With constant check-ins and reassurances, I knew I had to look no further. Moises is awesome---making the entire experience easy from the start. Besides that, he is just a really nice and personable guy. He and Flora were completely committed to my satisfaction on all levels.
I told them to mark their calendars for June 2021---and to have a new Civic w/Navigation ready for me. Love that car! :-)

I bought my 2019 Odyssey EX from this dealership on 6-25-18. While negotiating and settling on a deal can be difficult, this dealer is there to work with you and make a deal that you would love. They kill the competition with their prices. Do give this dealer a fair chance before you settle it elsewhere, it's well worth it. They keep their word unlike some of the others. Annmarie Convery, Frank Smith, Leo Morales, the finance manager and the cashier all have performed a SUPER job in carrying out their respective tasks through out the purchasing process. We talked about my end of lease desires.In short order she was showing me cars of interest.We started with a black car that seemed to have every thing that I wanted. I told Deirdre that I saw a red honda accord sport on the floor that I liked. We started to zero in on this car. Deirdre was working with one of your sales managers. Sorry I don't recall his name but I will give him a 10 for his diligence in trying to obtain the car that I wanted. The car we were looking at did not have Sirius XM. It did not take your
sales manager to locate a red accord that had the features I wanted. The next day Deirdre delivered the new car to me, we completed the paper work and went over some of the features of the car.
Must ask Deirdre for the name of the sales manager that helped us as I think he deserves a 10.

Greedy and petty sales tactics - Educated Consumer
After bashing other dealerships for their sales tactics, and basically calling them liars... Even after I let them know I have money in my pocket, top tier credit, and I’m ready to purchase a car at that moment... They let me walk out the door because of their own greedy and petty BS sales tactics.
I went to another dealership (Mahwah Honda) and got an even better deal than the one Joyce Honda refused because their doc fees were only $299 as opposed to $499 at Joyce.
No hassle, no arguments, no back and forth with managers. Joyce Handa’s “small town” 50yrs speech is a bunch of BS... AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! Take the time and make the drive over to Mahwah Honda... you will be glad you did.
