From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right vehicle for me. She listened to exactly what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Laura made what can normally be a stressful process feel exciting and easy. She stayed on top of everything from beginning to end and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision. I truly felt like she wanted me to find my perfect SUV, not just sell me a car. So I came in yesterday to get tires installed but the tires never showed up on time so I had to come back today to get them installed. Because of the long wait they went above and beyond with my vehicle. Gabe was my advisor and was very accommodating. I got there at 7:30am this morning and was out of there by 10:30am. Not only did they install new tires, they also detailed the inside and outside of my car, gave me a free oil change and tire rotation for my next visit. This dealership is a beautiful store and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend going to see these guys! Truly great people to work with. Thank you for the exceptional service. We were in and out as fast as possible which was at our request. It was a very pleasant experience unlike the many other times we have purchased cars. Tony was on vacation so Fred stepped in and helped us. He explained the car and did the paperwork. He set up both our phones to sink with the car and set up our Ford accounts to start the car, unlock doors etc. Fred was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. We are very happy with our purchase and with the entire buying process.
