It's very nice not having to deal with a separate finance person, been there done that! She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and took me and my friend on a tour of the difference models I was interested in purchasing. I decided what I wanted and it wasn't on their lot, but after doing all of the negotiating, and signing, she said she would have the vehicle I wanted the next day! Great quality vehicle service with equal quality customer service. Flexible scheduling & quick work. They offered a free loaner for the afternoon, but the waiting room had good coffee & snacks. Never a bad experience while here! While waiting for our work to be finished, we asked the nicest salesman ever, Mason, for a test drive of a used car we may be interested in. That didn't work out so he treated us to a test drive of a brand new car off the delivery truck. We loved it, but we were sure it would be out of our budget. Mason and his finance team worked some magic and were able to give us some very reasonable terms that were much less than we were expecting. This is the second car we've bought from Mason at Ron Tonkin and the experience with him and the rest of the team has always been so pleasurable and stress free!

The lady at the service counter was very helpful and friendly. I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning.
