However I purchased an Extended Warranty which causes irritation on both ends, this doesn't reflect on the employees, but they must with us who purchased Extended warranties and require all what we paid for. Again, the customer service is excellent! Warranties should Not be hundreds of dollars if you must fight for every little thing what you paid for! What made you Great was the little extras you use to provide. Enough said..I LOVE my Maxima and the quality service especially if we still have to pay for the warranty. I still have to go elsewhere to have other things done..a over 50.
