Outstanding Customer Service – Above and Beyond! I recently purchased a driver-side sun visor from the Infiniti of Norwood parts department and tried to install it myself in the parking lot. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the right tools, and the electrical cable slipped up into the headliner—completely out of reach. Feeling stuck, I went into the service department to ask for help. Even though the team was in the middle of a meeting (Anthony Tippett Jr., Fernando Diaz and Dominique), they immediately stopped to listen to my situation and jumped into action. Anthony took the initiative and instructed Dominique (I hope I have his name right) to take my car into the service bay and had a technician finish the installation for me. The whole process took less than ten minutes, and when I offered to pay for the labor, Dominique politely refused. It’s rare these days to find such genuine, helpful service, especially for something small. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge impression on me.
