We live more than 40 miles away and there are several dealerships that are closer. We choose Pine Belt for their continuing superior customer service. Purchased today (October 29), a 2010 Honda Odyssey. The negative reviews I had read on other sites gave me a few worries, but they were all assuaged when I walked through the door. This is a clean, efficient, friendly and honest dealership, in my opinion. Eliel was friendly, open, professional and explained everything to my wife and I, and was quite patient with all her (and my) questions. As to the time involved, first, I should state that we intended to buy, based on our first-hand inspection of the vehicle, and did not need to finance. We walked into the building at about 1:30 PM and were on the road back home before 4 PM. This included some time needed by the service department to correct a minor problem with one of the sliding doors and to clean and prep the vehicle for delivery, and it certainly was well cleaned when we took delivery. I would most certainly buy another vehicle from this dealership and would recommend it to others, if asked.

I must say I was expecting this dealership to be like all other dealers and used car salesmans’ however, this place proved me wrong. The gentleman in sales Lou Bottone was awesome. Finally someone who listens to you and actually gives you what you want instead of what they have or what they think you want. Financing made simple by their finance manager, Greg Harris.. There were a couple of issues that prevented me from signing right then and there, but thanks to the GM Jerry Taylor who assured me there was no hidden tricks and made the deal right. The 25 minute one-way trip to your dealership, made it all worth it thanks fellas.

This was a return visit from a previous service which included an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, shortly after our return, we noticed oil spills all over the driveway. We immediately brought the car back to Miller ford , and it was determined the gasket on the oil plug was defective. All repairs were done right away and fre of charge. The dealer stood behind their work and also gave us a credit for future service. I highly recommend the service department and their service manager Ryan Wheeler is a true professional and one of the best I have ever worked with. No one better!
