we recently went to kelly nissan in lynnfield for an oil change, inspection sticker, and a recall and drove home in a new car. We were just walking around the lot while we were waiting when Corey came up to us and we got talking. We told him we had a year left on our lease but he wanted to know if he could push some numbers. We said sure but we really are not ready at this time. We went back in to wait when we got a text from Corey telling us he had a GREAT deal so my husband went to see, he was showing us the next model up from ours. We gave him our bottom line and next thing the deal was made! The smoothest deal ever and we have been leasing cars for over 30 years. He helped us empty our car out he took our rubber mats and washed and cleaned them for the new car paired our phones to the car and we drove it home. We have found our new go to for leasing professional, friendly, caring, and cares even after the sale is made never had that happen before. If you want a smooth transaction without the bull talk Corey is genuine!

Finalizing the purchase with our salesman Henry Diep was pleasant and easy. We negotiated our expectations via email so there were no surprises or add-ons at the last minute. Henry Diep explained the optional extended warranties without coercion or pressure tactics. He explained the vehicle’s every feature and benefit during the test drive. Henry Diep informed us fully of the car’s capabilities and performance benefits. The dealership environment was friendly and inviting with no intimidation or pushy sales tactics.
