I’ve always loved coming to 495 for my maintenance needs since I purchased my car in 2022. They’re fair, thorough, and the customer service is top notch - thanks Natasha!

The jeep is a 2019. In 2020 I complained that my mileage was going down. I was given 1 excuse after another. Finally did a diagnostic check and was told there were no problems. I went to another dealer and was told the same. They also said they did a test drive. Went back to Colonial and told them to change the oil in the car , transmission and other areas. The mileage improved. It cost me $ 850.00. I found that by manually shifting into 7 th and 8 th gear the car would get better mileage. This is something the dealer should find. The transmission is still not right.

Great, but wish service prices were lower. I wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else, the individuals in the service area are amazing. I am a loyal (maybe too blind) with taking my car to the dealership for maintenance. As such, I just wish they had loyalty points towards say services; free oil change and tie rotation, 20% off tires or 20% off your next service bill. I bought my tires at the dealership even though I know I could get them much cheaper at a tire place. The lug nuts are now rusting and they want to charge me $10 a piece to replace. Not asking for much, but I bought the tires there and do all my service there, throw me a bone and don’t charge me.

I purchased a used Kia Niro EV from this dealership because they had the make and model I wanted with low mileage. I have never had a good experience with dealerships and was wary going in. Jon went all out to make this a positive experience. He did everything on my timeline. He drove 140 miles round trip twice (!) to have me sign papers and deliver the car. He answered all of my questions. He was honest and straightforward. He was also very kind.
