Exceptional customer service from start to finish. What a fantastic experience I had at Mercedes Benz of Goldens Bridge. From the minute you walk in the door, there is a warm and welcoming vibe, starting with Jackie, the receptionist. She greeted me in a professional, friendly manner and after a brief chat, brought me to my meeting with Rey Baker. Rey, the GM of the dealership, was incredible! He gave me so many options and discussed numerous ways for me to continue my relationship with Mercedes Benz. He was friendly, fair and made me feel like I had been dealing with him and this dealership for years! Next I met Victor Varga, my sales rep who showed me the car I was most interested in and gave me a complete and thorough breakdown of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about my car as well as MB in general and provided all sorts of info without being pushy. After making my final decision, I was introduced to the business manager Joe Prudente, who went through all the financial info in a clear and concise manner. He didn't rush anything but also moved through the lengthy process at a great pace. And when I asked him to explain something a second time, he didn't hesitate. My overall experience at MB of Goldens Bridge was outstanding. First class in every way! I highly recommend Rey Baker, Victor Varga and everyone at this dealership. They are top notch people who will make your car buying experience very pleasant.

A few weeks ago, I was in the market to buy a used car. I walked into the dealership without an appointment, and I was lucky enough to have Marc Debenedictis ask if he could help me. He was thorough in asking me questions about what I was looking for in a car. He had me test drive one that we thought would do the trick for me, but I wasn't thrilled with how that car drove. Marc very quickly found me another model that fit everything on my wish list! Marc took time to explain different options to me, never making me feel pressured about buying a car unless I thought it was really the right one for me. He was not at all troubled or stumped by any questions I asked. Once I decided to purchase the car, he was very thorough in making sure I knew what I needed to do to have everything in order so that I could make the purchase as quickly as possible. I brought my 2017 Audi A7 in for 60k mile maintenance on July 16, 2026. That includes an extensive list of maintenance items. On the plus side, the work was accomplished in 3 hours, including an emergent issue of needing new rear brakes (pads, rotors, and associated hardware). I found that the dealer markup on parts was nominal. The customer waiting area was immaculate, with free coffee and various breads available. I did not have need to use the customer restroom bidet. When I was informed of the need for the rear brake replacement, I was not informed of the cost, nor was I shown any worn parts, or the specs on the worn parts (i.e. pad thickness, rotor thickness). Since I was also getting a New York State safety inspection, the brakes had to be done. When I go to the dealership, I expect to pay premium prices, and they exceeded my expectations!

Next the buying experience - Imad, my sales person was 11 stars in every way: knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, can do. A true delight to deal with in every way. The sales manager James, who I also worked with, was fantastic…ready to help me in every way he could, And he got me into this vehicle, painlessly and with care. Finally, the vibe and energy in Tasca Kia of White Plains was the best car dealership environment I’ve ever seen.
