I told him I wanted the car. He told me what documents he needed, plus he texted me a credit app. I completed the credit app, secured the documents and insurance and my wife and I went there at 3. Paul showed my wife the car and set up her Bluetooth and the Subaru app. Darlene handled the finance paperwork like a pro. We drove off in our new Outback at 4. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help us understand the Porsche Cayenne. He gave us a long, unrushed test drive, which allowed us to really experience the car, and thoroughly explained its features and answered all of our questions. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. He even gave us some Porsche goodies to take home, which was a very nice touch and made us feel valued as customers.
