The reason I started bringing my vehicles to George Moore - Roondog
The reason I started bringing my vehicles to George Moore Chevrolet is because it is a 5 min drive from my house or about 15 min bike ride. The dealership is within my community. The face the dealership that I see every visit, who continues to go over and above making me feel like part of the family part of the community I live in is Kevin. Kevin is knowledgable about vehicles and listens when I ramble on about the sounds my vehicle is making or the service lights that turn on.
When Kevin is out my back up service guy is Gabe. Gabe is like a larger younger version of Kevin, I'd say Kevin 2.0 but he is his own person. Gabe is a great listener and always greets me with a smile.
I recently had strange tink or clank noise coming from the rear of my truck. I had a few people listen and speculate as to what it may be. When that did not lend any accurate results, I called George Moore Service Dept, Gabe answered in his calm professional voice, and set me up an appointment with Kevin. On appointment morning I had the privilege of driving the brilliant mechanical minds of Jacob and Cole around in order to let them hear the exact mystery noise that had me concerned. We were able to recreate the noise during the drive then the mechanics took it from there. As I listened to these too masters brainstorming I witnessed Cole come up with something no one had thought of before and as soon as he said it Jacobs eyes got big and he agreed. Yes that could be it. Thankfully, after further inspection, Cole was right the TPMS was loose and randomly knocking the screw head up against the wheel rim causing this strange noise. It was a wonderful thing seeing the team working together to solve the problem. I have peace knowing that Kevin and Gabe are backed up by incredibly talented mechanics servicing my vehicles. Thank you guys, hopefully I won't be seeing you anytime too soon ;)
