What a fantastic experience my wife and I had at BMW of Shrewsbury. We came with the intent of test driving a certified pre-owned X3. With the help of Yvonne we were able to do that but my wife was not “feeling it” as she felt it was too similar to her existing 2015 X5 that we were trading in. With Yvonne’s tireless energy in the searing heat we looked at and ultimately drove a new 2025 X3. Fortunately there was one available in the color and with the options we wanted and my wife felt the excitement she was looking for but was a little hesitant with purchasing new. With the help of Brad and Nelson, we were able to reach a deal with Yvonne that made us feel comfortable with purchasing new. Thanks again to Yvonne, Brad, and Nelson and the rest of the crew at BMW of Shrewsbury!

Jourdan is extremely compassionate and professional. She took us through the entire shopping experience from identifying models, features and budgets and deciding between purchasing and leasing. Jourdan also stayed late on our first visit to the dealership to enable us to test drive multiple cars and explore options and then stayed even later the second time we came back to close the deal. She made the process of new car shopping extremely joyful. We ultimately leased a car that Jourdan had to acquire from another location. We could not have asked for a better experience. Jourdan educated us on the ins and outs of leasing since it was our first lease. I would highly recommend this Herb Chambers location for the experience that Jourdan created for us.
