We recently had a very positive car-buying experience at Wellesley Mazda. They had a great selection of CX-30s that interested us, and we had the pleasure of working with DJ Bonanno as our sales representative. DJ was knowledgeable, friendly, highly professional, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He promptly arranged our test drives, clearly explained the differences and nuances among the various models, and patiently answered all of our questions. We especially appreciated that he gave us plenty of time and space to make our own decision without feeling pressured. Once we decided on our vehicle, DJ made the purchasing process smooth, straightforward, and transparent. He worked very well with his sales manager Deven Brouillet, and both were a pleasure to deal with as we clarified the details of our agreement. DJ was also most helpful in coordinating the paperwork with our car insurance company and assisting us with getting our new license plates. We would highly recommend DJ to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely customer-focused Mazda representative.

My car issue was found in the am and I was able to drop off and get a loaner in the afternoon. Issue was diagnosed while I was still driving home and was able to drop off loaner and pick up my car when it was convenient for me. Problem was fixed AHEAD of schedule.
