I have been coming to this dealership for the past 3 or 4 years to get my former 2018 Colorado serviced. The people are great and I always got my truck’s oil change without much waiting. The service is prompt and friendly. This is the first time I met Sean and he was great! Sean showed me the vehicles I was interested in and did not try to change my mind like other dealerships. Sean was able to get me a brand new 2026 Colorado even though there were none in his lot! Sean was genuine! Not like the typical salesman that promises everything and then does not deliver!! I did not like the way the dealership “tried” to upsell me an extended warranty! I knew roughly what the monthly payment would be and was shocked when it came in much higher!! The original warranty that comes with a new Colorado is sufficient! If dealership did not try to sell me a warranty I may have actually purchased the warranty for the tire protection!! Sadly I do have a tendency to hit curbs with my tires!! In my opinion, Sean was a great salesman to work with! The dealership needs to stop trying to upsell extended warranty’s!
