That speaks volumes as GOOD customer service nowadays can sometimes feel like a thing of the past. Marc DeBenedictis was my salesman, and he was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car, took me out to test drive those cars, and found the color I really wanted. Marc was patient with me and gave me the space to process everything at my own pace. When it came time for me to make my decision to buy, he was ready, and moved at the speed of lightning to make it happen. All in all, it was an easy, no-pressure, but very thorough experience, and so far I'm lovin' my new car. Thanks Marc.

I was referred to Gus (Mikedis) by a friend, and he has helped me throughout the entire process. There was never a sense of urgency, and Gus remained professional during the entire process. I had a wonderful experience at Hassett Ford purchasing a vehicle. For the first time in my life there were no hidden fees, attempts at selling me things i did not ask for or need. It was straight to the point. I saw the vehicle i wanted, ( it was the same price cash/finance), I spoke with Ralph Coffee and than sales manager Rich Pagliaro, they honored every promise they made, changing the battery, and having the vehicle detailed and ready promptly at the agreed upon time. Only once was I disappointed in my service experience, and Mike Savage was very willing to meet with me to correct the discrepancy in my bill, to my satisfaction. Today I went back to purchase my second Subaru, as my current Subaru was rear-ended. It was a busy Saturday, bur Dillon and Liam still made sure to fit me in to their schedule, to help me look for a new car. Liam asked appropriate questions about my likes and dislikes in a new car, to determine a "best fit" for me. Another dealership forgot that my car was in for service that day. (It has not been moved, when I returned at 5:00 p.m.) Two other dealers did not rotate my tires when they claimed they did. After 8 years, I still trust Matthews ! I have never felt as comfortable at a dealership as I do at Matthews.
