I reached out to Nelda on a weekend visit to CT from New Hampshire- just hoping to test drive a few Pilots, given that I needed to look for a newer car and have always driven a different car brand. Nelda was immediately “on the case” to find what I was looking for and when I arrived later that morning, she had the perfect options for me! I hadn’t planned to buy a car that day, but felt so at ease and not pressured at all, that I ended up making the decision right there to send my current car to retirement and get to enjoy a Pilot, with much more space, a sportier feel, and one that checked even more boxes that I had anticipated. Through each step of the way, Nelda took the time to explain all the financials, insurance, and registration information. Franklin also helped explain any warrantee and extra options as I was signing all the paperwork- again, taking an approach that didn’t make me feel overwhelmed or pressured. I’m in love with my Honda Pilot and can’t thank Nelda enough for working her magic to make this happen for me! The best car shopping experience I have had! Thank you!!

My experience at Todd Nissan was excellent. I brought my Wife's Nissan Murano in which I thought had a Transmission issue (costly $$$) and I was getting ready to hear "You need a new Transmission". After speaking to Dan in the service department when dropping my car off they "quickly" did a scan on the car and it came up with no transmission code errors. I was surprised because all signs pointed to transmission issue before bringing it in. I was called 1 day later with an explanation it was only an alternator problem not a transmission problem (way less costly $$$) I was absolutely relieved. Dan explained exactly what was going on and said he would have it ready by Monday, (It was Friday). This is what I call and HONEST dealership with honest people like Dan and the mechanic who worked on the car. Let me say that again "HONEST". That's all anyone wants when dropping off their car. I would like to thank Dan and the mechanic and the service department for their help and honesty. Moving forward my Wife's Nissan Murano will now only visit Dan and his service department moving forward for everything right down to oil changes. Let me also be very clear, Dan or anyone at the dealership DID NOT asked me to say what I said above I am giving you a straight up opinion of my experience. It one thing to take your car to a dealership and it's another thing to take your car to an HONEST Dealership. Thanks Dan and the service department I'll see you soon for the oil change Vin & Tina

I submit this review to convey my great satisfaction with the level of service I consistently receive from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) subsidiary. Service Specialist Rob and Service Associate Ellen efficiently handled my service appointment to address a transmission relate issue associated with a flashing “D5” on my dashboard when I was driving the vehicle. Ellen was very understanding in getting me an appointment as soon as possible when I told her I was not driving the vehicle because I was proceeding in accordance to my vehicle manual recommendation. I appreciated her concern and assurance as she kept me on the line while she was making arrangements with Service Specialist Keith Davis to get me in. I was informed that Rob would be available to handle my appointment since Keith would not be available the day I was assigned. When I arrived for service Rob explained the situation to me, upon completion of the system code inspection. He was very focused and kept me informed when the service would be completed. I appreciated their professionalism throughout this period. Their efforts to make my service as seamless as possible under difficult circumstances was outstanding. Much respect to them all making the difficult appear easy!

Dealing with Agnes was a good experience. She always kept it professional they always kept me in the loop. Steve the diesel mechanic did a fantastic job and explained a lot about my problem with fuel contamination and also made me feel better about the problem., I have put a few hundred miles on the truck after the repair and everything seems fine, as it was originally, unfortunately, there was a thief in the area that just happened to steal my front bumper. It was covered under their insurance and it looks great, I will always go back to Enfield family for in the future.
