We discussed the parts needed and the total cost in advance. The shop did the work in the timeline needed and there were no surprise costs. They additionally examined the car for other possible future problems. I recommend Lia Honda Service Dept and commend Jesse Robles for his knowledge of the Honda car I brought in.

The delivery was a team effort with a delivery specialist who took the time to clear all old data and digital preferences from the care and helped set up Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay seat memories… Also few days later we heard from Ted following up if we had any questions or concerns with the car.
