Exceptional customer service from start to finish. What a fantastic experience I had at Mercedes Benz of Goldens Bridge. From the minute you walk in the door, there is a warm and welcoming vibe, starting with Jackie, the receptionist. She greeted me in a professional, friendly manner and after a brief chat, brought me to my meeting with Rey Baker. Rey, the GM of the dealership, was incredible! He gave me so many options and discussed numerous ways for me to continue my relationship with Mercedes Benz. He was friendly, fair and made me feel like I had been dealing with him and this dealership for years! Next I met Victor Varga, my sales rep who showed me the car I was most interested in and gave me a complete and thorough breakdown of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about my car as well as MB in general and provided all sorts of info without being pushy. After making my final decision, I was introduced to the business manager Joe Prudente, who went through all the financial info in a clear and concise manner. He didn't rush anything but also moved through the lengthy process at a great pace. And when I asked him to explain something a second time, he didn't hesitate. My overall experience at MB of Goldens Bridge was outstanding. First class in every way! I highly recommend Rey Baker, Victor Varga and everyone at this dealership. Today I leased a Toyota Corolla SE from Smithtown Toyota, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. My salesperson, Michael Kazlauskas (Mike), was transparent with me from the very beginning, and that is honestly what kept me working with him. I went into this lease with a lot of anxiety because of a very negative experience I previously had with Sayville Ford. Because of that experience, I was extremely cautious this time, asked a lot of questions, and wanted to review everything carefully before signing anything. Mike was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, answered all of my questions, and most importantly, he kept his word. That meant a great deal to me. He truly went out of his way to make everything work for us, and I really appreciated his professionalism, patience, honesty, and communication. Overall, I was very impressed with how professional and pleasant everyone at Smithtown Toyota was. After the experience I had with Sayville Ford, I was understandably nervous about going through another dealership transaction, but this experience was completely different. I left feeling confident, comfortable, and very happy with my decision. This store was fabulous. I decided on the car I wanted. I called and spoke to Gene, the general manager, who gave me a great price over the phone. No haggle. Excellent price. I told him I wanted the car. He told me what documents he needed, plus he texted me a credit app. I completed the credit app, secured the documents and insurance and my wife and I went there at 3. Paul showed my wife the car and set up her Bluetooth and the Subaru app. Darlene handled the finance paperwork like a pro. We drove off in our new Outback at 4.
