We found out that our sales person had taken ill and received Natasha Wallace as our new sales person. She made the transition very easy and was extremely helpful and cared about our needs. She showed us the car to ensure it was what we wanted. Natasha was very patient when showing us the different features of the car and how things worked. She ensured that I was comfortable with all the new features and insured I was able to properly use them. She also encouraged question and informed us that in the future if we had any questions to please reach out to her anytime.
