Our salesman, Santos, was amazing. He is a 5-star guy. He was patient, willing to listen to us, and found exactly what we needed. We were in a major time crunch by the time we got to finance. The person in finance was very short with us and was visibly annoyed that we were in a hurry. This somewhat soured the car buying experience for us. Fortunately the service from Santos made up for the experience in finance.

I was never called by my advisor to review their recommendations. The price I was quoted for a service was incorrect, and this information was never updated. I did not receive any information from my vehicle inspection report (the electronic copy is blank and there was no hard copy in the paperwork. Overall this was a disappointment.
