I found BMW of Barrington to be a very pleasant place to purchase a vehicle. The easiest process of purchasing a vehicle in a long time. My only concerns were the protection plan that is added to every vehicle but is not mentioned until you start talking numbers. It is an extra $1995 cost that is quietly built into their pricing. The other issue I had was with requiring BMW financing in order to get a discount on the price. Minor "surprises" in an otherwise very positive experience. As far as my experience working with Jorge, I could not have been more pleased. Jorge was professional, patient and knowledgeable. We spent a lot of time looking at models and test driving cars so the time we spent there was long but it was not because of the dealership. If you want an enjoyable buying experience I would strongly recommend working with Jorge. Kara (BMW Genius) was also wonderful to work with in showing us the many features available with our X3.

I wanted to take some time to show my appreciation with the purchase of my second Volvo. Both my C40 and XC40 Recharge EV's are both great vehicles and fun to drive. Ashley was my Product Specialist which describes her position perfectly. From start to finish it couldn't have gone any better. Ashley even staged a surprise when I brought my wife to pick the C40 in front of the dealership with a big red bow on the hood. I've heard of this in the past when done to other customers , but when it's done to you it has a special feeling and a smile that is unique. Then to add to the excitement we worked with Howar in the finance department. What made Howar over the rest is when it came to the closing he also went above and beyond. Howar made what used to be a small headach to a much better experience. I made a request to do a favor when it came down to transfering the license plates which was in storage for 5 months to getting them active once again for sentimental reasons. I know I couldn't have done that on my own. So I want to thank both of these two "A" team duo's for the memory of this purchase for years to come and with future recommendations for years to come. Our car-buying experience at Fox Valley VW was nothing short of exceptional! Our first visit was on 5/23 to check out a used VW Passat for our son. Unamused, he found another used car; however, it was already sold. After test driving a few other pre-owned cars, the conversation shifted to leasing a new car. We took a 2025 VW Jetta SE for a spin. The ride was amazing; however, our son, was interest in looking at another car for sale from a private seller. Working through the numbers, it became glaringly apparent to our son that choosing a new car was a better decision. Reflecting on our experience, my wife and I returned to Fox Valley VW on 5/30 to trade in our 2023 Palisade Limited for a 2025 Atlas SEL Premium R-Line. What we genuinely appreciate about this process is that there was no wrangling or high-pressure sales tactics. The level of professionalism and transparent integrity demonstrated by Dan Latcu (sales associate), Alex Williams (sales manager), and last but not least, Joey Laudando (finance) was impeccable! Their collective approach to selling us two new cars in the span of a single week should be the gold standard in the industry!
