I was able to connect on a personal level with Christian in the process which allowed for an experience that met my unique needs very well. I appreciated the 'less pushy' approach which centered more on my questions, concerns, and wants. I usually find major purchases very stressful, and this ended up being a fairly smooth process that was more enjoyable than I thought that it would be. I can't really think of a better way to do it. In short, excellent experience and I strongly suspect I will return in the future when I need to purchase another car.

I am also dischanted with your company charging 3% for using a Visa card. So was forced to pay cash ?? So I hope this gets through I usually work with Daniel who always worked with me and always gives A1 customer service.

The customer lounge is comfortable and the time to complete the service reasonable. We are also very pleased with the sale of our new 2025 Chevrolet Silverado as all the amenities were explained and the purchase price within our means, using the Costco Auto Purchase Program. Professional staff and good service. I unfortunately had a screw in my tire and was afraid to go anywhere because it was leaking air and the tire light was on in the dash. So I immediately went to their service department and asked for assistance in replacing my tire. No time to make an appointment in this case. They took my vehicle in and about 2 hours later it was done, this was on a Sunday morning no less.. I was sticker shocked on the price of rubber now days but happy they were open to help me!
