Always had a great experience with all the employees we encountered in the sales and service department. In 2018 we experienced an accident on the 210 freeway which totaled our 2017 Chevy Malibu. From the service advisor (AJ) to the service manager, through to the GM and ultimately to their sales department with Jose as our primary contact everything was first rate. The service department was challenged with having to coordinate with my third party warrantee company and the fact that the primary part that needed to be replaced was no longer manufactured nor available. Through their persistence they ultimately found the part and made the repairs. This after providing us with a loaner car for multiple weeks. Our thanks to all involved! This is as good a dealership as one would ever hope to find. Randy Adkins Ps although we’re keeping the repaired vehicle we ended up acquiring a new 2025 Tiguan!

After locking in the car selection and price remotely, we closed finished the purchase in the dealership in less than 40 minutes.
