We've bought our last two cars at Paradise Chevrolet with the outstanding help of Mike Paralta. We had our previous car, 2018 Mailbu, serviced exclusively by Paradise Chevrolet. Always had a great experience with all the employees we encountered in the sales and service department. In 2018 we experienced an accident on the 210 freeway which totaled our 2017 Chevy Malibu. It was a stressful experience which was made much better by the help we received from Mike Paralta and Mallory Mayer at Paradise Chevrolet. The wait process for dropping off was extremely long. I waited in my car for 30 minutes before the service technician was able to check my vehicle in for service. It seemed like Billie was the technician that was checking in most of the vehicles in the que. Your service process should allow other technicians to check in vehicles if Billie is busy with other customers.

I had a terrific experience with Manly Hyundai. They were efficient, respectful, and did not try to xx me at all. I came in knowing what I wanted and the terms of the lease that I'd researched previously. They did not try to haggle or throw our different terms. They were courteous, professional and fast. I was in and out with a new Ioniq 9 lease within 2 hours. In particular, Ms. Olena was very kind and accommodating. She even called/texted me a couple of days later to make sure I was satisfied. 5 star experience!
