I must say I have purchased many many vehicles in my lifetime and have never written an email or letter commending the dealership and all the staff I dealt with. Everyone made the buying experience seamless. Believe me I have been in some nightmarish dealership trying to purchase a vehicle, Blake did a great job helping us with the transaction as well as Dean everyone was very professional as well as yourself. You can forward this email to upper management as I do not have their email address. Kevin Eng provides excellent service. I was disappointed with the last wheel alignment service. I was told the front right side could not be aligned due to rust. It was suggested to replace the whole thing for over $5000 instead of offering to soak the part to loosen it or alternatives for consideration. Also, this survey is not user-friendly. When I submit the survey, it prompts me to log in to prove I am not a robot, and I have to go through the process again, wasting my time.
