Top Notch! I cannot say enough good things about this place. As this dealership is new, this was my first visit for repairs on my Elantra. From the minute you walk in the door to the service department, to the minute you pick your car up to leave, the customer service is first class. They did not try and sell me extra repairs that were not needed, as some other dealerships do (from a woman’s standpoint that is a very big deal) and their diagnostic fee was less than HALF of other dealerships and auto repair establishments. After repairs, my car now drives like it did when I bought it!
Their shuttle service was especially convenient as they took me home and picked me up the next morning (the Service Manager himself picked me up lol, was not expecting that). Everyone there is very friendly with a smile and hello, making you feel important no matter how much money you are spending. I am extremely impressed with this place. I will definitely be taking my car to them for all of my scheduled maintenance and repairs. Sharon and Butch are a cut above the rest!

! had oil change,tire rotation, full detail and gas. Full detail and gas were because of past poor service which involved no warning of time needed to remedy a manufacturing defect. This time all possible delays were forewarned and the result was excellent.

My vehicle stalled on I-10 and I was fortunate enough to have it towed to your service department. I was met by Rudy, who offered condolences for my situation and inconvenience, and words of encouragement that he would personally get back to me in the morning, about my vehicle, (the car was towed to the shop after 5. ) My vehicle needed major work, and Rudy kept me updated daily on the service progress. He coordinated a loaner vehicle, and kept me informed daily of the progress. He was courteous, cheerful, and a credit to your dealership. His service was not a 5 however, ...it was a 10!!! I can assure you that I will recommend your shop highly, and view a Hyundai as a car of my future.

I recently had purchase a new Elantra and a notice the a shield had partial broke after having the car for a month. I called the service department about 30 mins before closing and explained my situation and the agent said come on up. When I arrived I spoke to a gentlemen. He was super friendly he toke my car in right away and it was taken care of within minutes. Thanks for the awesome and quick service!

I have been taking my Elantra to Orlando Hyundai for servicing for the past 8 years and each time I have received excellent customer service. My wait time is never more than 5 minutes before receiving service and if requested there is usually someone who will drive me to a location within 10 miles and return to pick me up when my car is ready.

I bought my Hyundai Sonata in 2009 because it offered a great warranty (I did not really like the car too much.) Napleton's North Palm on Northlake Ave. has been my "go to" service location for the last 10 years. The service department has always provided a quality experience but now it rocks! It is now much more organized offering a less stressed environment. Michael Lingafelt is an actively engaged manager that keeps his team together and the customers happy. Also, there is a wonderful sense of honesty guiding customers with their car preventative maintenance and repairs! Lastly, I would like to mention that the parts department team is also great. They are always polite with inquiries and always offer to find out of stock parts.

I drive several miles beyond another Hyundai dealership to go to St. Augustine . They are incredibly honest. The service personnel care. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with homemade warm chocolate chip cookies.
Today I had a problem wth a front right light not operating. Originally I was told it required a $300 plus part. My service attendant Tunde sent it to a different place than originally scheduled. They found a bad bulb and a loose connection $50. This is why I trust them.
Kind, polite and honest. Difficult to find in a car dealership. Tunde is the greatest.

About a month ago I was looking to buy a used Genesis. I contacted John Lyons from Coastal Hyundai, (my wife and I bought a Hyundai Accent from him a few years ago and we were very impressed by his expertise, honesty and customer service). John called me soon after and advised me that Coastal Hyundai had a 2014 Genesis, perfect shape, and low mileage on the lot. I made an app't to see it, and loved the car. I bought it and went home with it that day.
Last week I pulled out of my garage and scraped a shelving unit that broke one of the tabs for the bumper. I texted my service adviser Peter Seemadray and explained what had happened. I received a text back from him with an app't for 9:00 am the next day and that Ron from "Color Concepts" will be looking at it. Came in at 9:00, Ron looked at the damage and told me he would repair it immediately. I went into the waiting room for approx 30 minutes, Ron came in and told me he was done and that there was no charge because it was not that bad and he couldn't justify charging me. I was shocked. I have never had this happen before. The least thing I can do is to post this review on how outstanding the personnel is at Coastal Hyundai and sincerely thank them for their commitment to excellence.
