It’s rare that I leave a review, however, the dealership has certainly earned it. I purchased a low mileage, but older Cadillac from them. They promised to take care of a few details and did so satisfactory. They earned my highest praise, because I discovered an issue with the car after the purchase was complete. Upon returning, they cheerfully agreed to resolve the issue, which I would guess cost them close to $1000 because they had to send it out to another dealer to have the work completed. My sales person, Angel Rivera, was Johnny on the spot and made sure that my every need was successfully met. I would definitely buy from them again.

Service was done (battery replaced) on 11-20-2025. One week later, the car once again had a dead battery and could not start. I did some troubleshooting and measured approx. one amp of current draw with the engine not running. After a brief check, I found that I had accidentally left one of the interior dome lights in the "ON" position. No doubt this is what had caused the battery to drain on 11-20. The technician should have tested for "phantom loads" and should have found this common fault.

After a lifetime of buying new vehicles I consider myself rather jaded by the process but I have to admit that my wife and I were very impressed by our experience at Sport Subaru and especially with Wendell, our sales advisor. From the moment we walked into the showroom we were treated to a truly welcoming atmosphere where everyone was friendly and respectful. We felt that Wendell was focused on answering all our questions and helping us make the best decision on which Outback was the right choice for us. At no time did we feel like he was in a hurry to close a deal and move on to the next customer. After we settled on a vehicle he spent time making sure we understood the features and demonstrated the safety systems. The closing of the deal was painless. We also appreciated the tour of the dealership and meeting Paul the service manager. The finance manager, Roman was also great to work with. He listened to us and helped us navigate the many options to choose the best fit for us. The entire process was a refreshing change to our past buying experiences. Had I known we would not have put off the purchase as long as we did. We will continue to travel from Volusia county to Sport Subaru for our Subaru needs as it is definitely worth the trip. We will recommend Wendell and Sport Subaru to all our friends and family.

John sold me a CR-V five years ago. He takes much time informing me about the benefits about the new CR-V and compared it to my old one. He resolved my anxiety and concerns about hybrids. It took many hours to complete the transaction, but John did not rush. At the completion, he gave me paint for when I might need to touch up and samples of items that would keep my new car at its best. I will be back hoping John is there in five years.

I explained the issue to Rhoel Gray at Germaine BMW and he very graciously got us in and was able to accommodate our necessary repairs before our trip home. Rhoel and everyone at this dealership were very understanding and exemplary in making the repairs and we felt confident in our ride home through rain, sleet and snow.
