Clean showrooms, lot, offices, and service areas. Helpful lowkey staff. When we went to look at a 2024 Mazda MX-5, we were met by Larry Baldwin. He had the car pulled out and ready for our arrival. He was well-versed in the vehicle's details and let me drive it until I felt I had a good feel for the car. At no time did we feel pressured or that we were wasting our time. It was probably the quickest and easiest car-buying experience possible. Larry Baldwin and Alexandra (the finance mgr.) were knowledgeable, fun to work with, and respectful of our time. They also get five stars for "follow-up" when I had a few questions.
