My experience with this dealership is mixed! Working with Chris, Madison and Phil Moody was very good. The process of getting my vehicle was not great! It took me 4 hours from the time I arrived for my appointment until I drove away with my new car. This process was totally inefficient. My salesman was overwhelmed by handling another customer coincident with me. Getting into the Finance office took forever! I believe he was overwhelmed with too many closures in a compressed timeframe. As far as the new vehicle is concerned, the windshield was not clean and I had to clean it when I got home. The other comment is in regard to the dealership offices. Very poor and unprofessional! I realize a new building is being planned which should resolve that issue. The managers office in the corner had dark windows so you could never see the manager or what was going on or not going on! I believe transparency should exist across all employee offices, much like every other dealership I have experienced. In summary, I am pleased with my new car and I enjoyed working with Chris, Madison, and Phil. I hope my future service needs at this dealership will be excellent and efficient. Dick White

I traded in my 2023 SR5 Tundra and initially left with a 2026 1794 edition. Unfortunately, the vehicle broke down twice, and I had to bring it back to the dealership the same day. Jason, my sales representative, stepped in right away and made the situation right. He helped me get into a 2026 Limited that had everything I was looking for at a great price. Jason went above and beyond throughout the entire process—he even stayed until 9:30 PM to make sure everything was handled properly. I truly appreciate his professionalism, effort, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you again, Jason, for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience.

It is a very nice place to get service done. I would have appreciated it if the service department told me that they had a $50.00 special discount on my service. I saw this on the internet the day after I had my service and was valid through the end of March. I know it’s not a lot of $ but my dealership in NJ always tells me if there is a special going on. Transparency. Other than this the service center is professional and value their expertise.

He was very patient and we had several circumstances occur during our purchase that were beyond his control (incorrect information given to him from the office) that sometimes happens but he rolled with it and overcame every obstacle and worked to resolve every situation to get us in the 2026 Ford Expedition that we wanted to purchase. Mutaz is very personable and made a rather awkward buying experience ultimately become one that was extremely satisfying. He is an unbelievably phenomenal person and we will definitely be purchasing our future vehicles from him.
