I was very pleased with my recent service appointment at Imperial Toyota in Milford. Mr Curtis Jones , who assisted me that day, provided exceptional service. He clearly explained what my car needed, including when an oil change and tire rotation would be due. He also helped me understand that contrary to what I had assumed, my car did not need a routine oil change that day. As a result, I was able to spend my money on the service that was actually needed. In addition, he outlined the near-term service plan for my car, which no one had done for me before. This gave me a much better understanding of car maintenance and helped me plan ahead.

My sales consultant, Pedro, was friendly and efficient, and I especially appreciated the straightforward closing process with no pressure to buy aftermarket products. Additionally, Yaro was very helpful in quickly resolving an accounting error regarding a double-charged deposit. I have a few notes for improvement regarding coordination and transparency. I had to return to the dealership twice for registration and inspection, which felt like an extra visit that could have been avoided with better planning. Furthermore, I opted for a loan over cash based on a recommendation to assist with end-of-month goals and a promotion. While I was informed I could pay the loan off at any time without penalty, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the interest that accrues daily between the purchase date and the payoff date. Overall, I received great service, but I hope to see more clarity on financial charges and better logistical coordination in the future.

I do not write reviews often but my recent experience buying my family grad highlander was 10 star service! from my sales person Gavin who was very nice to work with very knowledgeable and patient. we have bought here before but this time felt smooth and relaxed, No pressure. Then came the Finance department ! Usually thing IMO if there is any stress or pressure this is where i expect it. Ryan Campbell was extremely educated in his profession. Genuine ,Smooth, great explanations of my factory benefits and all the "extra's". We usually do not buy Warranty's etc. , but they way it was explained, presented and we added a few warranty's. Thank you for assisting us with that process Ryan, without your patients, knowledge and most importantly your transparency is what mad my wife make me write this review lol. We will Faithful Woburn Toyota buyers. See you in a few years Gavin, Ryan and the entire team!

I said I was leaving car but to take 4/5 hours when you gave an appointment is crazy. My bill was overcharged for an oil change but manager took care of it

I had a very disappointing experience at Ford of Greenfield. The sales manager, Roman, was rude, condescending, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Rather than answering my questions respectfully, he spoke down to me and behaved as though I was wasting his time, which made the entire process frustrating and uncomfortable. I expected a professional and helpful environment, but that was not my experience at all. While the rest of the staff seemed fine, the sales manager's behavior completely ruined the visit. I almost left without purchasing a vehicle because no customer should be treated with that level of disrespect when simply trying to buy a car. I'm also surprised the owners haven't addressed this issue, especially since other reviews mention similar experiences with this same sales manager. If he treats total strangers the way he treated my wife and me, I can only imagine how he treats his staff. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. There are plenty of other places to buy a vehicle where customers are treated far better.
