This is probably the best Audi service dept. within 25 miles of me. People are always friendly and really trying to help any way they can. White back up light was out on the right side. One dealer wanted $1000 to replace the whole system.. Ciocca techs cleaned out leaves and tightened the bulb. It works fine. We own two Audi’s and bring both of them exclusively to this dealer. This is the most cooperative service oriented Dealership I have ever worked with.

Once I chose the car I wanted the rest of the process went seamlessly. Beth was always available (even on her day off!!) to respond to any questions I had. Once we arrived at the dealership we were met practically at the door Beth smiling ear to ear. Beth took us to the car and set up my and my wife’s profiles and happily explained any questions we had. I could not be more impressed and pleased with how easy the process was from start to finish. The rating would only allow me 5 stars but I’d rate Beth and BMW of Allentown much higher
