There could have been a little better explanation of some of the things with the car but since the original manual was in the glove compartment I really had no complaints. I'm still looking for the sunroof that doesn't exist but was in the description of the vehicle online. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Best car buying experience ever! The guys at Mercedes-Benz Hoffman Estates were amazing. Avery helped us out with finding my dream car, was super knowledgeable but also laid back/no pressure and just an enjoyable person to work with. He’s young but don’t let that fool you, I’d recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. Juan in finance took over and made everything easy, understandable and wasn’t trying to push gimmicky add-ons. He was funny and broke down the cost saving of wheel and tire protection with getting ready to tech a teenager to drive 😂 When everything was done and signed, Alex (product specialist) had my car waiting with a bow on it and walked me through all the setup and integrations, which was super helpful with all the amazing tech this car has in it - car wash mode? Glad he explained that one, I never would have known. Can’t recommend Mercedes-Benz Hoffman Estates enough, a great and relaxed car buying experience!

Overall, I do recommend this dealership, and I love my SUV. But I did have some ups and downs before and after my purchase. I really wish my sales rep, Zane, had taken more time to give me a proper “how-to” and walk me through the features of my car. The process felt more focused on the test drive and whether I liked how it drove, rather than helping me understand what all the buttons and features do. I’ve had to rely on TikTok to figure out certain things, but it would have been nice to go over them in person. I also live far away and made the trip 3–4 days in a row, so it would have meant a lot to make the most of the time I was there. When I picked up the car, I was simply handed my keys and Zane walked away—no photo, no final walk-around, no RED BOW :/. The car had some sticky residue that needed to be cleaned, so he took it back briefly, but after that, I didn’t see him again. I still have a lot of questions about my SUV, but with the distance, it’s not easy to come back. For example, why is there no spare tire? Overall, I’m happy with my purchase, but I truly wish the delivery experience and feature explanation had been more thorough.

He also went above and beyond by listening to our needs and making sure we were able to view and experience each and every car that was of interest...he was extremely patient and never made us feel rushed in our decision making process. Bill knew everything there was to know about the Q7, inside and out. He gave us an in-depth tutorial and we were very appreciative of all of his efforts. Great experience with Bill and the team there.
