When I went in I expected the typical pushy car salesman routine but that was far from what I got. It ended up being a relaxing environment where they were happy to suit my needs and put my in the vehicle I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the service Buchanan provided.
This was my first visit to your service department and I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Each person I encountered was pleasant, professional and very courteous. The entire staff were friendly and patient. We didn't feel like we were buying a car in the traditional sense with the hassle you come to expect. Everyone were pleasant and found myself laughing often. The financial process was streamlined and efficient. I would truly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a luxury vehicle!

In shopping for our daughter's first car purchase, we visited a number of Chambersburg dealerships on a Sunday evening when it was closed so that she could look at what was available without a sales person around at all. We wanted her to take her time and not feel pressured into anything. At Kyner's, she spotted an orange Honda Fit and really liked its sportiness, color, and size. After researching the car online, we went back to Kyner's on Monday evening and were fortunate enough to have Andrew Hipsley as our sales person. Andrew was very friendly and helpful without being the least bit pushy. (Nothing will drive us from a dealership faster than an overbearing sales person.) He understood that we wanted to look only at the Fit. During the test drive, he filled us in on a lot of the information about the car. When we got back to the dealership, he gave us space to discuss things with our daughter. She decided to buy the Fit, and Andrew was great in explaining all of the "next steps" to her. He treated her as the customer without excluding us. The purchase went smoothly and quickly. We couldn't have been happy with our experience at Kyner's with Andrew.
