Great service, friendly smiles, and all around enjoyable car buying experience. This is my 2nd time buying from Barry and counting down the days until my 3rd.

Everyone at Hagerstown Honda are always friendly and helpful to work with. Of course, Angelo is my favorite salesman, but everyone else did an excellent job as well.
Andrew went above and beyond any salesman I've ever seen. He was determined to find me a car to fit all my needs and he sure did. This boy deserves a raise. He would be an asset to any car dealership!

I've had my Ridgeline going on 3 months now, and I'm really glad I purchased it. The features are great from the Honda Sensing safety features to the technology features, The vehicle has a great ride and it's very quiet on the inside. My salesman, John Williams, was very personable, and made the buying experience very pleasant. I'd do business with him again, as well as the dealership. John wasn't high pressure and he would answer any questions I had via text or call very promptly. Hopefully I get many years and miles out of my Ridgeline.

Summarizing my review in just a couple words, does not even come close to being able to describe the superb service I was given. I've been in contact with Frank via fb messager talking about the Jeep Wrangler I want. I went in today where I was greeted by Andrew, whom was helping me in Franky's place as he assisted another client. He was super kind and genuine and wasn't pushy at all. He also didn't make me feel like what I wanted was unrealistic. (Although I went in knowing it wouldn't be possible) The Sales Manager Mike, came over and introduced himself to me and took us into a private room to discuss options. He did confirm that he could not get me into the Jeep of choice due to financial issues that we ALL endure in life. Instead of saying, okay there you go, can't get you in your Jeep, be on your way so to speak. He talked to me for about 20 minutes about other options for another type of Jeep. Not only did he make a suggestion, he was looking out for my credit and the opportunity for me to get my Jeep of choice a little further down the road by taking. By doing this, he would get me back as a returned HAPPY client. He is super wonderful by looking out for people that walk thru his door. To them, you just aren't another person, you are family. You are treated as such. Needless to say, I took him up on his suggestion and went to test drive the Renegade with Frank. (He was done with his precious client at this point) After test driving it, I decided to take Mike up on his suggestion. He worked the numbers, they still couldn't get me in that Renegade. Instead I could get into a "Lower" version of the Renegade. I was just so so about this work up and I think Mike could tell that. So I printed out some previous lender info that helped Mike to help me get into the Renegade I originally test drove. At a lower interest rate and a better Tier. Win win for both of us. Mike and Chuck both REALLY ARE top of the line service Managers. They were both outstanding and wanted to work with me so I'd go back there. Chuck reassured me that this plan will work and should hopefully have me in my Wrangler within the next year. So why not? The wrangler is my dream car. I just look at the Renegade as the next step closest. It is a pretty cool ride too, I must say and I was hesitant at first. Frank is the Salesman to use at Buchanan without a doubt, hands down. He was exceptional from the time I was introduced to him on social media. He is truly kind, genuine, caring, respectful, not pushy, happy, personal and shows amazing customer service all around. I truly felt like I was family in there. Not many salesmans will buy you pizza for lunch while doing paper work. From the time we pulled off of the lot, he was right by our side.
