Overall pretty decent experience. Relatively efficient and willing to work with me financially. Only downside is after I left I noticed my floor mat was missing in the drivers side. Didn’t feel like going back just for it. The next day I was at family dollar Nextdoor and a man asks if I knew who owned the blue car and I told him it was me. He informed me he was so rushed during the detail process by the salesperson and that she drove off with the car before he was finished and that’s why the floor mat was missing. He went back to work off the clock just to get it for me. 5 stars to him for the transparency and work ethic, just disappointed I had to found out from him in that manner! Should never have been so rushed.

Scott made the whole process of trading in my car and finding another car a very nice experience. First I thought I wanted a hybrid (delivery would not work for our summer plans unfortunately). Then we looked at the X7 - too big for every day driving and parking in tight spots would be difficult. He spent several hours with us and made sure we were happy with a car on the premises. Then our roof rack wouldn’t fit the new car and Scott was very patient and ordered the correct size and will have the new rack and Thule transferred over. This is the fourth car our family has obtained from this dealership even though we don’t live here. Great service and we felt very comfortable going through the transaction of buying my new car.
