Jake was down to earth, honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and it all the made the process for our new lease a breeze. We used to dread having to go to the car dealership but we will look forward it thanks to Jake and the crew at Ken Ganley.

We were pleased from the second we walked down the lot. There were not many choices but Jake guided us in the right direction. We knew what we wanted and were expecting to order a car and wait, but were lucky to have seen a "fleet" car that was available. We did not feel pressured and the whole process was petty quick.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the customer service and total buying experience on the purchase of our 22 Chevy Tahoe. Jake Puckett was especially helpful. He was able to answer any questions , send additional photos and videos of the vehicle before we made the 3 1/2” hour drive.
