called for a price after seeing car i wanted on the internet made an appt to come in then before i went there checked this site for feed back and almost cancelled my appt. glad i didnt!meet with a salesman (alex)and everything was as told to me over the phone.after the road test i started to think when is the other shoe going to drop i was expecting the worse but to my surprise nothing it was a pleasant experience (as far as buying a car can be )alex was informative and helped guide me thru the lease and finance options.delivery was set up for the next day again no problem and i am now the very satisfied owner of a 2008 chrysler 300c! thank you guys great job!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!
I don't want to get into the entire story but please read the other reviews here. These people are liars and scam artists and should be avoided at all cost. They did work on my car that was covered by my warranty and charged me a bundle. Mike scarpa is the head scam artist...even the people who work there told me to get out of there. They held my car for a month and guess what....my car sits dead in my driveway...
AVOID AT ALL COST!

on july 1st 2007, the a/c compressor of my chrysler town & country blew, i took it in to this dealership, they replaced the compressor, i got it back the next day. on july 8th the new compressor blew again, i took it back they kept it for two weeks, with every excuse under the moon, they sent us the wrong part, or the part they sent us was defective, etc. etc. on july 23rd i picked up the car, after 2 days i realized that the rear a/c is blowing hot air, they told me to bring it back, i did so on july 30th, and it was there untill august 27th, when they called me up that i have to pick up the car because they need the room even though that a new compressor has not yet been installed, and i should bring it back in 2 weeks because the compressor is on back order. meanwhile im driving a vehicle in 90 degrees heat without a/c.
AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN REIMBURSE ME A PENNY FOR 7 WEEKS RENTALS!!!
DON'T EVER TOUCH THIS CRAZY DEALERSHIP, FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!!!!!!

I went in to buy an SUV from them and boy, they sure do reel you in. They sugar coat everything from what they can give you ,to the price and everything and then when you give the deposit and sign for the lease they call you and tell you they cant find the right color or all the options you were promised in the lease agreement. Its total BS. I shouldnt be expected to compromise my wants when I am paying for them. I will not go back there again.

I would recommend this dealership on PRICE only. Do your homework on the net and get prices. Got my Jeep for dealer invoice without too much hassle. Problems with prep (none at all),missing window sticker and non factory adjusted back hatch complete with scrape marks. Had to pull teeth for touch up paint and mud guards. Finally got them for free after 12 phone calls !! Beware as they will try to sell you every BS option possible,ie: lojack,window etching,alarms,etc... JUST SAY NO !!! This was a cash deal and maybe that is why price was right and car was on lot !

I unfortunately bought a used car from this place...a minivan to support my growing family. As another customer stated, they quoted me a price then, when I got to the "finance guy" he said (in a heavy accent) that the monthly payments would be $25 more per month. He said that to get to where I had been quoted I had to purchase the extended insurane. After I raised hell for about 3 hours in the showroom, he gave me the payment I was quoted. Well, 20 minutes off the lot the Check Engine light comes on the the accelerator is sputtering. I go back to the service dept. I had to leave my car for the day. Got it back working fine. Now, about 1 month later, one day my car won't start at all. Had my mechanic friend look at it and he noticed a bad connection with the starter and said the starter needed replacing. I also began to hear squeeking from the brakes and the driver's side speaker was sounding muffled. I brought the car back to the svc dept. Another day without the car. They supposed replaced the starter (haven't picked up the car yet) and they said they could find no problem with the speaker and that the brakes were squeeking because the rotors were rusted from not driving the car enough, and that they were new brakes. I had the car a month and drove almost 800 miles. This is my 4th car and i have had brake jobs done before. Never have I heard brakes squeek like this after the work was done. I told them that if the rotors were rusted then they had to be rusted from before I bought the car and I wanted them replaced.
Well...the story continues as I have just spoken to Ramee (young brain dead salesman who sold me the car) and he is telling me the brakes wouldn't be covered under the 3,000 mile warrantee because it is considered normal wear and tear (maenwhile the other lady in svc dept. said lack of wear and tear) Which is it? Now I am waiting to hear from THE manager supposedly...Fred (no last name apparently). He's your Supervisor and you don't know his last name? I am sure I will be fighting long after this. NEVER GO TO THESE MORONS! THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR WHATEVER YOU HAVE!

They are totally unreliable and incompetent. I was overcharged and inconvenienced. There is only one person in the whole organization who is allowed to answer simple questions like, "when will my car be ready?" if that person was in a meeting nobody was able to give me the basic information that I needed. I was not informed in a timely manner about problems with my car. They did not detect the problems when they should have. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I Came in with every intention to buy a car. I was given a price of 21,293.00 for 2006 jeep liberty. This was a good price. I did not buy the car at the time because I was going to shop around a little more, also did not care for Kevin his customer service skills are terrible. I went to the crysler dealer on Staten Island. They were so professional. If I was going to buy this car this is where I was going to buy the car. I told them the price that bayridge had given me. They found it to be impossible and they explained that the price was below cost. Since kevin put the price on his bussiness card. I decided to call bayridge if I could get the car at that price eventhough I did not care to do bussiness with Bayridge I was going to buy the car. I called on the phone and the price was confirmed. I asked if this was the price for package C they confirmed this as well. When I came in to Bayridge to buy the car. The price he claimed was not for package C. After alot of back and forth we agreed to pay the additional for package C. This brought the price of the car to 22193.00 plus tax. I was given a contract for a total selling price of 24119.16. I gave them a 300.00 cash deposit. I was told to come back the next day to do the paper work and pick up the car. When we came in to do the paper work. Kevin hit us with a new surprise. He said I was not approved for 0% finance rate. He said I was A status and needed A+. My daughter offerd to co sign for me. They turned her down as well. Which I new that could not be possible. We then were turned over to another gentelman I don't remember his name he had a heavy accent. After alot of salesman lingo which should had been traslated to a customers level of comprehention. First he could not give me 0% finance but
if I bought the extended insurance he would see what he could do. When I decided agenst the Extended warranty. He said if he brought the price up to 24,980.00 plus tax. He can give me 0% finance. After alot of fustration and alot of waisted time. I finally unerstood the 0% finacing was not the problem. The problem was they could not sell me the car at the price they gave me. By this time I was done with the whole thing I asked for my deposit to be refunded. I was given a refund recipt dated 9/8/06. I am still waiting for the refund it is almost two monts now. I did in the end purchase the car from the Crysler jeep dealer on staten Island. I got the 0% finance with no problem. The reason you lost the sale was do to very bad customer service. I would like my deposit as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact me with the status of refund.

My wife brought the car there for a problem with my car. The car was almost undrivable because the seat motor had seized and placed the seat in a position where it was dangerous to drive. They intially quoted almost $1000 and then stated that they could take some money off if I get a number of other "dangerous" conditions fixed; one being replacement of one of the tie-rods. I had the tie-rods looked at a few weeks before when I had shocks replaced when I got a oil change at another place in Westchester County and they were fine. They also stated that the transfer case was leaking so badly that the transmission would fail but when I got there to look at it, they wouldn't put it on the lift to show me. Anyway, I was in a rush to get to work so I agreed to have the work done after they lowered the estimate from $2000 to $1500. When my wife went to pick up the car and after they had her travel to get there, they would not take my credit card over the phone and basically wasted an hour of my time faxing them my license and both sides of my credit card several times. After the third time, I gave up and my wife had to get her credit card to pay. In the end, I wasted several hours with these people and it ended up costing me more than $1600 to replace a seat module. I will never go to this place again.

We were given the old bait and switch. We had signed all the paper work and even insured the car in the 11th hour the busy manger open his troll like mouth and explain that the dealer is not making enough money on the deal and that we would have to pay an addional $ 40 a month to ensure that the sales man
(who mind you cut the deal) would have enough commission. All of this after we had spent the entire day waiting for them to prepare the car with a screaming 18 month old and an elderly farther-in-law. The experience was nothing short of a night mare!

A complete joke. The only god guy in service was Keith and with him gone the place is a mess. I have leased three vehicles from these guys. On my recent van I brought it in for an oil change and recall work. I make the appointment three weeks in advance and call two days before to confirm the parts. I get there early and am the 5th guy on line. It takes 2 1/2 hours before they get my van on the lift for the oil change. Then the car sits there for another three hours until one of the brain dead customer service reps says they don't have the parts, they tried Kings Plaza and they didn't have them. When I mentioned to try Staten Island they looked at me like I was crazy. This buffoon tells me to call back Tuesday (this was on a Friday) as he will order the parts and get delivery. I call Wednesday and I was told to call back Friday the truck didn't come in. When I confronted Mr. Brain Dead on what he told me, he denied it. I am thinking of buying the parts, and going to a local mechanic for the work and having the bill sent to Chrysler for a refund. Stay away from these guys, the showroom guys are OK, but now with Keith gone, the service is a waste

I came in for a recall to be done in my car. They end up messing up my whole steering system. I think they are taking parts out of the car and messing with the gears on purpose so you HAVE to come back there to repair. Now my car is have so many problems. (engine light on, ac lights flash) Go somewhere else and get the job done right. You can check it out and see for your self. For the people who care about your car don't go there for real!
