My Review of Paramus Mitsubishi:
I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I was in a situation where I needed a car immediately. The salesman Mike was great! He helped us out tremendously by listening to our needs and pointing us in the right direction for the type of car that would suit us best. His honesty and knowledge made us confident in our purchase. He gave us the deal we were looking for and I love my 2011 Outlander Sport thanks to him!

My Review of Paramus Mitsubishi:
At the moment I am currently looking into purchasing a 2011 Outlander Sport AWC. I came to this dealership once before and didn't have that good of an experience initially. I decided to then go to Bell Mitsubishi who started off as being extremely friendly in the beginning but now not so much. I took my chances again with Paramus Mitsubishi and found my second go around to be extremely positive. Harold along with his team have been excellent from the moment I walked in. They offered me top dollar for my trade and a great set of figures that would fall perfectly within my budget. Though I am still awaiting approval, they have put forth the effort and commitment that should be standard at every dealership. I look forward to driving off in my new Outlander Sport very soon. Regardless of the outcome, I will make sure to refer them to all of my friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. Stephen was very helpful and took his time showing me all of the pictures and features of the car. He made sure that I felt comfortable with the car I chose before taking it home. He answered all of my questions with honesty. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family especially Stephen because of the great service he provided. I walked away happy with my Mitsubishi Outlander 2011 because Kevin, the manager, gave me a great deal.

My Review of Paramus Mitsubishi:
Great people and great deals. I originally came with my father to look for a used Lancer Evolution, but ended up purchasing a red 2010 Lancer GTS. I am so happy with this purchase and could not have asked for more. Stephen gave us an amazing deal on the car and offered to help with anything. He even put my license plates on for me when I came back two weeks later. He spent time with me and taught me how to use many of the features in the car. My family and I are so pleased, thank you!!

I CAME INTO THE DEALERSHIP TO TRADE IN MY CAR, I STILL HAD TWO MORE YEARS ON MY LEASE, THEY ACTUALLY BOUGHT MY CAR AND GOT ME INTO A NEW CAR, I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE OF MY NEW LEASE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO EVERYONE THAT I KNOW.

My Review of Paramus Mitsubishi:
Overall Good experience with the dealership. Kevin the Internet Manager was easy to deal with, he gave me the best price compared to the other delearship. Alex Ostrow was knowledgeable of the product I wa interested in. He gave me all the info on warrantied and service intervals. This dealership has the best price. And Kevin and Alex courteously introduced me to the service and parts departments, and gave me a free first Oil change.

I would definitely recommend this dealership.

My Review of Paramus Mitsubishi:
Would never ever recommend this dealership or the salesman Stephen. Extremely rude and made it seem as if he doesn't want the sale or my business whatsoever. He kept saying he doesnt want to mislead me yet hes overpricing his vehicle beyond belief. The manager joe was so disgustingly rude I almost wanted to walk out instantly. First when I told him about the 09 ES sport I had bought with the same options as his 08 GTS, he interrupted me and began saying two different cars, etc etc. I explained that I purchased my 09 ES sport with nav/tech and sun/sound package for 13k with 8000 mi on it so I don't see how an 08 GTS with more mileage would cost around 16k? He scolds at me and says he just explained they were two different cars with different everything including motor and interior things. I then tell him the motor on the 09 ES and the 08 GTS is the same 2.0 liter and he yells back at me and says no the GTS has 2.4. I told him that actually 09 GTS's came with the 2.4 and the 08 GTS he's trying to sell me has the 2.0 4b11 motor which is the same as the 09 ES. He continued to argue until a few minutes later saying oh sorry yea you're right but my price is final and the cars are different. "Take it or leave it" were his last words so I got up instantly and left it.. Never to return there again!!
