My Review of Prime Hyundai:
When I first decided to purchase a used car, I was set on buying a Nissan. But after test driving and reading reviews of the Kia Optima, I decided to do some searching in Southern Maine for a good used car of that kind. I came across Prime's listing online and saw that they had the Optima I was looking for, so I showed up to Prime on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm and was met by Adrian with a warm smile and a very friendly handshake. Within just a few minutes, I was out test driving the car and Adrian was nothing less than helpful in giving me the lowdown.

What I loved most about Adrian was how straightforward he was. He's a salesman and a very good one, but he knew when to back off. Before leaving the dealership that Saturday, he said to me, "What can I do to get you in a car today?" It sounds like a typical salesman line (which it is), but what impressed me most was his response after I told him that there was nothing he could do. He told me to take all the time I needed, offered up some good websites to do more research on the car, and I felt really good leaving that day.

I could have gone and looked at other dealerships, but Adrian's friendly demeanor, his laid back attitude, and is honesty really made me want to do business with him. If he didn't know the answer to something, he would just say so and go look it up. When it came to price, he went as far as he could until his manager, Josh, stepped in and I worked with both of them in negotiating a fair and reasonable price for the car. Even after I made the purchase, he called me to check in on how the car was doing.

Overall, I would highly recommend going to see Adrian at Prime if you're looking for an honest deal on a great car. As an added bonus, he's a truly nice and fun guy and a pleasure to do business with.

JOHN WAS ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY, WILLING TO WORK FOR ME TO FIND WHAT I WANT, CANDY WAS GREAT IN FINDING A LOAN THAT I COULD AFFORD. I WENT TO THIS DEALER BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER HAD RECENTLY BOUGHT A TOYOTA CAR FOR HER AND GOT A USED TRUCK FOR HER FATHER, BOTH HAD ISSUES WITH CREDIT AND PRIME WAS ABLE TO WORK IT OUT. I HAVE ALSO WATCHED IRA ON THE COMMERCIALS AND BELIEVE HE IS TRULY SINCERE, UNLIKE ALL THE OTHERS I HAVE WORKED WITH OVER THE YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT CARS FROM DEALORS KNOWING I WOULD NEVER HAVE IT SERVICED BU THAT DEALOR, THIS TIME I PLAN ON REMAINING WITH PRIME. I WILL SAY HOWEVER, I STARTED MY SEARCH FOR A CAR AT THE TOYOTA DEALER, I WENT INTO THE SHOWROOM AND WAS NOT ASKED IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME, THE GIRL AT THE RECEPTION DESK NEVER LOOKED UP FROM HER PHONE CALL TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME, NOR DID ANYONE ELSE SAY A WORD, AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES I LEFT THE SHOWROOM, VOWING TO CALL IRA AND NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM, HOWEVER I DID GO ACROSS THE STREET WHERE JOHN CAME OUT AND TOOK ALL MY RESENTMENT FOR CAR BUYING AWAY. I NEVER BUT A CAR ON THE FIRST DAY, BUT DID THIS TIME, SO HE MUST HAVE BEEN GOOD!!! THANKS JOHN AND CANDY

I went over to look at a car and fell in love with the one I bought. Steve came out within the first five minutes of me looking at the car. He gave me his card and spoke with me about the different cars. I went home and came back the next day to buy the car. The service was great and everyone was very friendly.

This is the second used car i have boughten from this dealer and car salesman. Very friendly and helpful. I feel like im not getting ripped off, and have a large variety of vehicles to choose from. as long as i am in the area for my life i will be buying my vehicles from prime.

My Review of Prime Hyundai:
I built my car online through the Hyundai website and submitted it to 12 dealerships in my area, with a note saying that I did not have time nor the patience to haggle car price and visit showrooms. I clearly stated that whoever gave me the best price online, and then provided the best service would get my business. Christine at Prime is the only person who listened to my needs, and while the vehicle I had originally inquired about is not what I ended up with I am totally pleased! I am glad she pointed out some things in another model that I otherwise would have overlooked. When I arrived to view the car she left me in Jareds hands. A very pleasant young man, no pressure, polite and knowledgable, again I was impressed. When it came to the financing end of the deal I was given to Jason, who suffering through a cold of sorts managed to keep a friendly and humorous air about him while going over all the paperwork. These folk did exactly what I asked of a dealership and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to them. Thank you all so much. The new car is great!!!

This was the first car I purchased from a dealership and so it was a completely new experience. As a 22 year old woman I had not received a lot of respect from some other dealerships I visited in the area, but Prime Hyundai was great. Jared was an excellent salesman, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy and everyone I dealt with was very respectful. I was very satisfied with my new car, the sales team, the 5000 mile service and all of the follow-up. I would recommend Prime Hyundai highly, especially Jared!!

My Review of Prime Hyundai:
This was my first visit to any of the Prime Motor Group dealerships, and I visited both the Ford and Hyundai lots. I was very pleased with my treatment at both and impressed by the neatness and layout of each facility, but I'll focus on the Hyundai dealership as this is where my wife and I eventually purchased our new Elantra. Jared White gave a thorough demo of the model we selected as the best fit, and we went out for a test drive. Jared was congenial, was well versed in the fine points of the car, and possesses a good sense of humor. This, plus his attention to the needs and wants of the customer, went a long way to convincing us that this was the car we wanted and that this was the dealership we would be happy to do business with. In addition, Jared and the sales manager, Joe Nason, went to great lengths to make sure that the final price was one that could not be beat (bettered the two other dealerships we had visited). Once we agreed to the sale, Jason Shaw came over to present us with financing and payment schedule options and to assist in running through the gamut of paperwork that attends every new car sale. His humor and attention to detail helped speed this process, and we left feeling that this (as car buying outings go) was a very positive experience. Thanks Jared, Jason, Joe and Dan. We'd highly recommend this dealership.

I was referred to Prime specifically Adrian Warrick by my sister-in-law as she had a good experience with him during a recent car purchase. My experience with Adrian was the same. He was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends looking to purchase a vehicle. The rest of the staff I worked with at Prime were also very friendly and helpful.

My Review of Prime Hyundai:
When I first went into Prime to look for a new car I was more than overwhelmed. It was my first time buying something that expensive and with so many choices- I didn't even know where to begin. Then out walks this guy, Adrian, who with a huge smile on his face, that he kept on the ENTIRE process, greeted me like an old friend. I instantly felt more comfortable and willing to see what Prime had to offer me. Call it fate, but I ended up buying the very first car Adrian showed me. He obviously took the time to listen to what I was looking for and ended up finding me the perfect car in less than 20 minutes. The paperwork process was tedious, like it will be anywhere, but it was fun because Adrian and the other dealers in Prime kept me and my family laughing and having a good time. I gave all 5's, minus the 4 on pricing, to Prime because I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a car. Everyone was very kind and helped me understand the process, as well as answered all my questions. I WILL be referring as many people as I can to Adrian and Prime in general. They, in the end, made my life so much easier. THANKS!!!

My Review of Prime Hyundai:
We went to Prime Hyundai in Saco, Maine, after going to another dealer (the other dealer advertised a car we wanted to test drive but did not have it when we got there, even though we called ahead). At Prime, they actually pulled the car we were interested in up front before we got there. We dealt with salesman Zack Bean; the test drive was smooth and we negotiated the price, also very smooth. Even though they were getting ready to close, the finance man (sorry-can't remember his name)stayed late and walked us through the credit check and loan process. We feel like we got a great car at a fair price. The car had 55000 miles on it and Zack said that the original 60000 mile bumper to bumper warranty was still good until we hit 60000. Left feeling great.

Three weeks later a front light burned out and the sunroof started making a grinding noise. I brought the car in and was dismayed to find out from the service person that the sunroof was not original and was not under warranty. I called the sales folks back and asked about this, as I thought I was getting a car with bumper to bumper protection for a few months. They told me they would call me back. They later called back and said they would honor the warranty even though the sunroof was not original. I believe this is a good indication of how Prime stands behind it's product. The car is back and perfect again. Thank you all for the great service. I will definitely shop with them again in the future.
