My Review of Prime Hyundai:
The very helpful and courteous staff provided a no pressure sales environment. The dealership had incentive to provide us a great price as it was near the end of the calendar quarter and they wanted to increase their sale numbers.

My Review of Prime Hyundai:
I was in the market for a different vehicle and gave Sondra the basics of what I was looking for. She found me a Hyundai Veracruz - with everything I had outlined as "must haves" plus more! I had no idea I was even in the market for a Hyundai, but the price was right and so was the vehicle! Thank you, Sondra!

My Review of Prime Hyundai:
Our experience with Prime Auto, and, in particular Sondra Allen, was great. Sondra was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. She helped us get the best deal for our Trade-In and got us into a 2012 Hyundai Hybrid. We are very happy with our new vehicle, and with the experience we had at Prime Auto and Sondra Allen. We will definitely recommend both to our friends and family.

My Review of Prime Hyundai:
Prime Hyundai sold me a used vehicle that had a Maine State inspection sticker, but the vehicle had bad brakes and the emergengy brake did not work and had large rust holes in the rocker panels. They said because I did not notice these issues within the thirty day warranty, they would not fix any of these issues. They told me they would fix at their cost. I also sent E-mails to Ira Rosenberg and had no response.
My next step will be to call the Maine State Police, Motor Vehicle Inspection Unit.

My Review of Prime Hyundai:
Prime Hyundai had a use 2007 Dodge Nitro with 55K on there with an original list of 16000.00. I watched the vehicle for over 30 days and the reduced the price to 13,800. When I arrived at the lot the vehicle was not there so I asked about it, no one knew where it was but they were sure it had not been sold. After about 20 agonizing minutes (for the sales staff), they found out the car vehicle was on a sister lot being reconditioned after being used as a loaner.

I made an offer of $12,500 on the vehicle after studying the vehicle and its average NADA price. This part was actually kind of funny, the salesman insisting that the dealership was going to lose money was going to show me I was wrong. He sat down at his computer and pulled up the NADA price on the vehicle, using a higher trim line, (the salesman did not even know what he had), and still the high NADA list value was $13,400 - $400 less than what they were currently asking and $2600 less than their original price. So after he finished calling me a liar and pulled up the NADA site, I thanked him and told him I was sorry that they paid too much for the vehicle and assured him that I would not.

My Review of Prime Hyundai:
In reference to purchasing from Prime I didn't for the following reasons.(Salesmen was good and helpful) but the Sales Manager was very disrespectable and made several misleading statements and lied. Things he stated at the beginning that he would do, he didn't and wouldn't honor upon the attempt to close the sale. The statements made on the trade-in offer was very misstated, and the offer was insulting. Due to my experience with Prime I didn't make a purchase from your dealership but did purchase at an other dealership who really knew how to treat their customer. I have since told everyone Family, Friends & Acquaintances about my experience and, NOT TO EVERY TRY AND DEAL WITH PRIME MOTORS and will continue to do so at every opportunity I have in the future. Prime was not on my side.
A VERY VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

After have been shopping through many car dealerships, I finally found a great place to call home for my first car at Kia in Saco, ME. My boyfriend Tony and I didn't have to wait long to get a car representative help, as less than 5mins since we drove into their car lot, we were assisted right away. As an employer who knows best customer service and making your customer happy is the best way to sell your product, SEAN SICKLES defiantly knows how to make his customer happy and we were very please with all his help. We told him what we wanted and the budget we wanted on my first car, overall in the end he succeed all our conditions. This is where I'll go back if I ever need to trade up and hopefully Sean Sickles will be free to assist us again. My Review of Prime Hyundai:
My husband and I shopped around for a few months to purchase a new vehicle. On our very first visit to Prime we were greeted by Sondra who was very personable. She not only explained everything, she took the extra time to be sure we were getting just what we wanted. We were so impressed, a week later we were back to buy a second vehicle from her. John the sales manager was also great to work with. He did all he could to make sure we were getting the deal we were looking for. The finance person Mell also did a great job. She negotiated on our behalf to get us a great rate. We would highly recommend Prime Hyundai to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They made us feel right at home and comfortable. They say people buy from people they like and trust, well I am here to say I like and trust all the great people we worked with at Prime Hyundai.
