My credit is a bit challenged, but they got me into my bright blue,Honda Civic Sport Hatchback, and kept me at a payment I was comfortable with. A shout out to Gabrielle (my service advisor) as well. After searching Duval and Clay counties for the vehicle I wanted, I decided to take the hour long drive to Hyundai of St. Augustine. As soon as I met Steve Thomas, I knew it'd be worth every mile. He was so different from every other salesman I encountered at other dealerships; knowledgeable, patient and did not, even once, try to pressure me into a sale. I wound up with the exact vehicle I wanted at the price point I wanted. I can unreservedly recommend Hyundai St. Augustine. Clean showrooms, lot, offices, and service areas. Helpful lowkey staff. When we went to look at a 2024 Mazda MX-5, we were met by Larry Baldwin. He had the car pulled out and ready for our arrival. He was well-versed in the vehicle's details and let me drive it until I felt I had a good feel for the car. At no time did we feel pressured or that we were wasting our time. It was probably the quickest and easiest car-buying experience possible. Larry Baldwin and Alexandra (the finance mgr.) were knowledgeable, fun to work with, and respectful of our time. They also get five stars for "follow-up" when I had a few questions.
