I drive four hours, round trip, to have my JCW serviced at Mini of Ramsey. Sometimes that commute can be longer, and if necessary, will need to be done twice, depending upon the level of service needed and if a loaner is required. Sounds like an awful lot of motoring just to get a car servicing done, right? But . . . it's worth it!!!!
Not one time have I had a negative experience with Mini of Ramsey, which is not something most people can write when speaking of their dealerships. From start to finish the entire team is impressive, from the ease of booking appointments online, to the exemplary service received from all members of the service/maintenance team.
Each time I am at Mini of Ramsey I am more impressed about the integrity of the dealership, in both the staff and services. They are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and the costs are very fair.

Glad I trusted the reviews for Liberty Subaru on this site. I can attest that Bob Osterlof and his team are great. I had a TPMS issue for several months. Initially I went to a different dealer in Northern NJ 3 times and the issue was never corrected. Took a break and then found these great reviews for Bob and his team at Liberty Subaru and figured I’d give them a try rather than returning to the same dealership for a 4th time. Bob and his team exceeded my expectations and finally corrected the issue once and for all and I am very grateful for being able to rely on the TPMS system not having to see the warning lights pop on and off while driving now. I highly recommend Bob Osterlof and the service department at Liberty Subaru!

Blake Ballas handled our immediate need for a coolant leak which affected the temperature of the car and potential overheating. As this is our daughter’s vehicle and we live over 725 miles away, Blake arranged for us to drop her car off overnight. Even though the Service Department was extremely busy, Blake said that they would get to the repairs in 1-2 days. Much to our surprise and relief, Blake got our car in for the service and had the repairs performed along with some other items that were addressed such as a transmission flush and coolant flush. We could not be happier that Blake’s quick action possibly saved our daughter from getting broken down and having more serious issues with her car! Thanks so much Blake and the Elkins service team!

Even though I leased my Jaguar XF from Ray Catena, I was not impressed with their customer service. So when I had a few issues to discuss about the vehicle, I stopped by the Princeton dealership and was greeted by Mr. O'Brien from the Sales side. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car (and the entire product line), had a disarming style and offered to bring me over to the service department to make an introduction and help with an early appointment. I was able to get an appointment that met my needs and it turned out that little actually needed to be done to resolve my issues. There was no charge for the analysis....which I assume was Mr. O'Brien's doing. I will be back when the time comes for a new car.

If he can fix something immediately, he will!! The waiting area while your car is being worked on is very comfortable and spacious. I have never felt crunched by other people. I was happy with car buying experience for the Outback in 2017. I have had several very good experiences with Christian, service advisor. I was told he has left the dealer for the police academy.
I am thrilled for him. Most of the previous service appointments have gone as planed. but this recent experience was not great
We purchased a Outback here in 2017 and we have 2008 Impreza that we bought elsewhere. We have used the dealership for most but not all service. Yesterday I brought in the Impreza for an airbag recall service. We had scheduled it several days in advance and got a 8am appointment. We brought the car in at 8am and were told the car would be ready by 4:30pm (end of day). I told Eric D that I may have to pick up car in the next morning. I have dietary issues from colon cancer so I have to plan what and when to eat and drink to avoid issues. Usually if we get oil change or other things we are in and out in a hour or two. A couple things came up and I called Eric at 1pm leaving a message that I needed the car this afternoon. I called at 1:30, 2:00, 2:30 and 3:00 put I was unable to get Eric directly. Finally I left at 3:00 to go to dealership but I had not received a call back from Eric. When I got there I was told the car was not ready and would not be ready till Friday morning. I wasted time driving back to the dealership on Thursday afternoon and it also screwed up my Friday morning plans.
The service advisors do not check their phone mail regularly. Recall service is low priority as far as getting customer serviced quickly. Try to get a specific completion time and avoid " by end of day" . If you call the service advisor on his direct line try get to the operator or receptionist if they do not answer the phone. I should have know better because a couple of times previously I requested callback on other questions I never received a callback. I suggest the dealership eliminate phone mail as it is not being used
