I was very pleased and impressed with the integrity and - Buckeye Dean

I was very pleased and impressed with the integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction shown by Jerry, Steve, Alan, and Mike. The car I purchased was everything it was represented to be. I bought it without having the ability to see it firsthand, since I was two states away. Steve was good enough to use Facetime to allow me to get a close look. Additionally, my flight to New Jersey to pick up the car had multiple delays, which kept me from arriving at the dealership until after closing time. The group made arrangements to have Mike there to meet me and finish the transaction. (What a relief!) My very first ride in the car was from Edison NJ to Columbus OH in the middle of the night (I got home just before 5am!) It was obvious that the car had been carefully inspected, because it performed flawlessly. If there's ever a hall of fame for auto dealerships, these guys will be in it.

Everyone is very professional and pleasant when I came in - marylukowicz

Everyone is very professional and pleasant when I came in to get my keys for my car. Keith came out showed me the inspection report they did and that I needed a new air filter for the air conditioner and ordered alight bulb and another part because it had a crack in it and also told me my brakes will need be replaced next time I come in for an oil change.

Purchased a 2024 polestar 2 and it was the best car - toddrose85

Purchased a 2024 polestar 2 and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Sales staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car. They answered every question I had. Buying the car was a smooth process. They gave me more money for my trade-in then I expected and the advertised price was what I paid with no hidden fees, which was great.

One of the best dealerships in the nation, hands-down. - Nhozien

One of the best dealerships in the nation, hands-down. I travel from far just to come and purchase all my vehicle vehicles from them. It’s really nice to deal with genuine folks who really care. Great job on servicing the customer and keeping customers for life. These are the dealerships that people strive to find and I have been lucky to have found a place that I can call my dealership.

RJ was great! He answered all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision. Knowledgeable and professional.

Truck is good and the deal was fair. - Joshua Gibson

Truck is good and the deal was fair. Two things kept this from five: the photos in the listing were taken in bad light and made the paint look better than it is (there's some fading on the hood), and the guy handling my delivery seemed rushed, like he had somewhere else to be. Neither is a big deal, and when I mentioned the paint they did adjust the price a bit. Just being honest about the day.
