A true family atmosphere, love that everyone cares about you. We have purchased two previous Volkswagens and have been well taken care of so we decided to look back at a dealership we knew. We were looking for a specific car and it didn’t meet our needs, we were ready to walk out the door. Eric was able to find the diamond in the rough for us that was able to best fit our families needs. Initially had an issue on the vehicle, but after contacting the dealership, and learning that the salesperson was no longer at the dealership, which is why I was not getting a response from him, the dealership is taking steps to correct any of the issues that we may have had upon delivery, so once things got in the correct channels so it could be resolved they are working on it. Glad that it got to the correct person and they are taking care of it, they wanted to make sure we were happy with the pickup at the end of the day and we appreciate that.
