My mother referred me to Poage for buying a new car. - miklaine7

My mother referred me to Poage for buying a new car. I met with Lonnie Foust. He worked with me before I came to the dealership and was very accommodating. Once we were there, he showed me cars that fit my requests. I fell in love with one in particular. He was able to get the price to a point that my husband liked and I came home with the Buick Enclave and 100% satisfaction. A few days later, Lonnie followed up with me and offered his assistance in answering any questions I might have about my car. I highly recommend Lonnie and Poage Chevrolet Buick in Hannibal.

The service was honestly great, I had Duke Iwata as my service advisor and he walked me through what they noticed about my car in detail and went above and beyond when answering any questions I had. He was patient, thorough, and even provided a very helpful visual when explaining how to keep an eye on my tire tread length. At times understanding the issues with my car, as well as the importance they have on my cars performance can be difficult. But Duke made sure that I had a solid understanding of what needed to be taken care of during the service appointments. I hope to have him again in the future when I return for my next service appointment.

Absolutely superb! Subaru here in Columbia has provided our family with expert service (and sales) for over a decade. All staff and management are genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had an 8am appointment today and they serviced my Subaru Forester promptly. I was impressed to see photos included in my receipt of the work they performed. My experience with Audi Creve Coeur was truly one of the - lmwoolard70

My experience with Audi Creve Coeur was truly one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Purchasing a luxury vehicle can be a bit intimidating, but I felt welcomed, and more importantly, valued immediately. Upon inquiring about the used vehicle I was interested in, I was fortunate enough to hit the lottery by getting the opportunity to work with Mike Caros. Mike is amazing! Not only is he extremely down to earth and a pleasure to work with, he is a true ambassador for the Audi Brand and the Audi Creve Coeur Dealership. The love and passion he has for Audi clearly shows through every aspect of the car buying journey. He doesn't just take you for a test drive in your chosen vehicle, he takes you on a journey of discovery. He spends time discussing the operation of the vehicle so that you get the most out of the experience. He doesn't just want you to enjoy driving an Audi, he wants you to understand, appreciate and love the Audi. I worked with both Gina Giuffrida and Lauren Young, in Finance. They are both wonderful. I worked with Gina at the time of the initial purchase and she did all the paper work. She spent time to explain the existing warranty and the extended warranty and maintenance package options that were available. She is extremely knowledgeable and it felt like I was having a conversation with a friend. I came back in a week later to finalize the extended warranty that I decided to purchase and get Crystal Fusion added to the vehicle. I had to pleasure of working with Lauren. Again, another experience that made me feel I was having a conversation with a friend. Even though I came in with one warranty plan in mind, Lauren went through the options again to make sure that I had the plan that best fit my needs. I felt both Gina and Lauren went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had a comprehensive understanding of the plans and really wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. Because of the experience I've had with every interaction, Audi Creve Couer will be where I go to get service on my vehicle. I have every confidence that they will take care of my vehicle with the same care that they take with their clients.
