My Review of Atlantic Infiniti:
I am totally dissappointed with this dealership. I had visited it after the car show, and the salesman was not even able to tell me basis info on the G37. I was very interested in the car, so came back when they had a color I wanted. I also wanted a manual transmission and wanted to test drive one. Due to dealership policy???? I was told I could only take a manual up the street and back. I did this, and then asked if I could take a automatic further. I was then treated very poorly by a Marshal Dorfmann, and told basically to leave the dealer as I was wasting his time. I was with a lady that was also very interested in an Infiniti, and she will now not even consider one. I called the hotline in TN and got a 4 line letter saying they were sorry about the problems, and that is all I received. Very poor customer service, and very poor solutions to problem. I still have not gotten a call back from the dealer on what they plan to do. I am interested in a G37, but if I buy one, I will have to either go to Orlando or elsewhere to get it. That is a sad state of affairs on a dealership that qoutes good customer service.

My Review of Atlantic Infiniti:
ATLANTIC INFINITI IS THE MOST UNETHICAL CAR DEALER I have ever dealt with. We bought a 2005 used Murano from this dealer in March 2006. They ran & showed us a car fax showing this car had no problems. It looked brand new. Well, we just decided to trade up for a new Murano and when this dealer ran a car fax on our car it turns out it was in a car accident in Oct. 2005 -- approximately 5 months before we bought the car. They obviously showed us a bogus "doctored" up car fax.
They refuse to do anything for us. And our trade-in is going to be $4,000 less than it would have been if the car had not been in an accident.
Don't buy or lease a car from Atlantic Infiniti!!!

My Review of Atlantic Infiniti:
I went in to test drive a car and was "required" to sit with a very pushy salesman who then tried to bribe me into leaving a deposit for the car i wasnt sure that i was getting. I told him that i needed a night to think about and he then sent the manager over who then began his persuading. It felt like a going out of business sale. they gave me an unbelievable deal and i left a refundable $100 deposit. however i then found out that its the hidden upfront cost that pays for the deal.
The next day, Marc the salesman called me about 6 times on my cellphone from all different phone numbers telling me that my car is waiting for me. When i told him that i didnt think i would be able to make it because i couldnt get to the bank(due to the snow storm) , he said"are you serious? are you trying to not get the car? just come pick it up and you can pay the balance the next day". thats when i threw my hands up.
Way too pushy. i went to Millenium Infiniti the next day and bought a g35 for a good price and with good costumer service.
Atlantic infiniti is like a funhouse in an amusement park. CHOP SHOP!!!

My Review of Atlantic Infiniti:
After being led to believe I was going to get a car I come to find out that my credit was ran the next day which didn't qualify me for the car w/out a co-signer. Why not tell me I'd receive confirmation the next day & I wasn't given a definitive reason just a "no" nor any option. I told them to get back to me with prices he never did so. I didn't reveal what I had exactly to put down on the car but I was tossed aside because he assumed I didn't have it. Spoke with a female to complain that I didn't receive a call back nor was I given any options. I was insulted when she had asked if I had a certain amount to put down and in the tone of her voice I could hear the shock that I answered yes to the question. Needless to say I found the car I wanted at another dealership for a steal and no way they could have matched the car or price with what they were offering me. When I called back to get a refund on my deposit it was then the "owner" wanted to "personally" work something out with me. You know what..too late! If they were really on my side as James said why was I not offered options and why was I up your ass for information. Where's the customer service?

My Review of Atlantic Infiniti:
I went to 3 Infiniti dealerships on Long Island and James was the most professional by far. He knew his M35 inside and out and insisted on showing me the safety features. It just so happens that his price was the best but I would have paid a little more for the service that was given to me.
The car rides like a dream and all the reports on the car are true...it IS better than my husbands Lexus and my old BMW.
