I bought my Infiniti from this dealership in March 2008 and I love it. I was refered to this dealership by my good friend who had purchased many cars from Bentley Downers Grove. She informed me that they would work with me on my payments so that I would be able to get the car that I love and still be able to pay my rent. The finance department was awesome they got at a payment that I never thought that I could get. i was very impressed. I thought that their web site was very user friedly and had a lot of details for each car. With these details I was able to narrow down which cars I would be interested in. I felt that the overall expierence was very pleasant and that the prices were great and the staff was knowlegable. I will definatly purchase another car from Bentley Downers Grove they have the most competative prices.

Please think twice before doing business with Sleazymotors.com. Just found out the lease we signed 3 years ago was complete lie. Sleazymotors even admitted we were lied to there only response was the leasing agent is no longer with us.
Obviously there is nothing we can do except dedicated 2 hours a day on the internet to warn consumers about there business tactics at least I can cost them a few hundred thousand in business.

I am a vendor for Bentley Downers Grove and they buy things for their office and do NOT pay their bills. They actually bought the same item twice in a very short period (so I know nothing was wrong with the item) and then did not pay for the product. It was some stock file folders that amounted to only around $500. This really hurts the company and sales rep dealing with them but Bentley Downer Grove never returns the phone calls and they do NOT pay their bills.

Boy what a shame! It is just like STEALING!

I purchased a used car from Luxury Motors as well as an extended warranty. I brought my car in to have a specific problem with the cooling system addressed while still under warranty. They claimed to have fixed the problem but I had brought it back over 6 times for the same problem. Bottom line is the car was not fixed correctly while under warranty and I paid several thousand dollars to them to fix or replace parts that they thought the problem could have been. I finally brought it to an independent shop which diagnosed the problem as clearly being a blown head gasket, which Luxury Motors denied the problem could possibly have been even after I had asked them about it several times. I sent a letter to Joe Abbas, the owner, over 2 months ago and never recieved a reply from him. This company treated me horribly, beware!

I bought 2 cars from LM(the downers grove location and the Gold Coast location a few years later). They have the best prices period which is the ONLY reason I would recommend them. Make sure you or someone you can trust inspects the car fully so you know what you are in for!!! Both cars had numerous problems as expected from a used car.....don't expect any reconditioning aside from cosmetic. The the whole sales force is slimy. They would not let me pay cash at the Downers grove location and forced me to finance(so they could get the kickback I assume). Yet....when I went to the gold cost location they allowed me to put the whole car on my credit card!!! Woohoo free airline tickets!!! They offer no 3 day bring-back policy. On my first purchase in Downewrs grove they let me take the car overnight so there was ample time to inspect it, not so at gold coast. IF you go for service don't expect a decent loaner car or one at all. Took months for them to get the title on the second car after NUMEROUS unanswered calls. Unless you are very comfortable w/ the whole car buying experiance, feel you can DEAL w/ these problems, or just want the best possible price AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST DEALERSHIPS I'VE EVER BEEN TO CONCERNING CUSTOMER SERVICE, RELIABILITY, HONESTY, AND KEEPING THEIR WORD! Trust me, you do not want to deal with these people if you have a problem with your car. They will lie to you saying they will give you a courtesy car and while you're on your way to their location with your broken car, they will then say they are out of courtesy cars.

THEY WILL LIE TO YOU 100% DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY! THEY'RE SALESMAN AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS NO MATTER WHAT CONDITION IT IS IN OR WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE.

DON'T BE HOOKED BY THEIR FRIENDLINESS AT FIRST, BECAUSE THEY'RE ONLY DOING IT TO LIE TO YOU AND GET YOUR ATTENTION.

STAY AWAY - BAD NEWS - CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR - SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE STATE

I was interested in a Range Rover. Moe Barakat, my sales person, demanded a deposit before he would send me any additional photos. When he sent the pictures they were very poor quality which lead me to believe he was trying to deceive me regarding the condition of the vehicle. I immediately replied to his email requesting that he refund my $1000 deposit (so far all during the same day).

He never replied and did not refund my deposit. I called several times over the next week and finally spoke to Jason Larson. He apologized and said that he would take care of it. I sent him a follow-up email. He never replied and my credit card was not refunded. So far I'm three weeks in and can not get ANYONE at the dealership to refund my deposit, or much less return an email or phone call.

I've disputed the transaction with American Express since Luxury Motors will not refund the card.

I have dealt with several other dealerships that have similar sales volumes. They do not have ANY complaints of this nature. This is why Luxury Motors DOES NOT DO BUSINESS ON EBAY because they would not be able to survive the feedback rating system. Don't believe the PLANTED positive feedback. These guys should be put out of business.

Hate to say I got sucked up into this Eurotrash dealership. These gypsies might as well be selling snake oil on the side of the road. Better yet, these camel jockeys should stick to selling high end camels. Seems like every negative comment described was what I experienced. To top it off I found that the bank they finaced me with has a lower rate. When I called LM to inquire, I was told that they would not make any money since they recieve a $500 kick back from JP Morgan chase. Since this transaction was just done today, Does any one know if I have a way out????? The owner himself is a sleaze ball high on HOOKA.

Kyle Racine, GM of Bentley Downers Grove and Gold Coast Bentley, offered me a car at a fixed price. I accepted his offer and secured financing for the vehicle. After I secured the financing I requested wiring instructions from Mr. Racine. He said "his email wasnt working well". I reiterated my request. He assured me the car was mine and that he would forward the instructions. A day or so later one of his subordinates sold "my" car to another buyer for a much higher profit. When confronted with the wrongness of what had transpired, the two dealerships were unhelpful in resolving my issues. I would strongly advise anyone contemplating the purchase of a Bentley to avoid Luxury Motors and any of it's subsidiaries.

I have bought 3 cars from this dealership, First was a Range Rover. I had many problems with it, luckily I bought the warranty and it was all covered (over $10,000 of repairs) then I went in for an oil change and I fell in love with a Benz.

Again many problems including suspension and transmission trouble, I ran back to the dealer and was able to swap out the car for a Bmw (I lost $9,000) to swap the car out.

I took the Bmw to fix today and guess what? PROBLEMS many damn problems, I guess I will be going to my lawyer tomorrow and sue these rip offs. it's over $100,000 in Cars and all are worth crap.

I do NOT recommend you buy from these people

Slimy is an understatement. I bought a $80,000 Porsche from them and they treat me like crap. On the way home the oil light came on and when I pulled over I discovered guess what - no oil! This is after they supposedly spent 6 hours servicing my vehicle before I drove it away.
I traded in another Porsche that I bought from them 7 months earlier and 45 days later they still had not paid off that loan.
They won't call you back after repeated messages and half the time you can't leave a message cause all of the mailboxes are full (probably other disgruntled customers). Stay away from these guys - they are idiots.

I leased a car from this bald headed degenerate salesman named Jason. His knowledge of the vehicle and its options was terrible. He did not even get the VIN # correct on the leasing agreement. When I tried to insure the car the VIN # was “not found” by the insurance company and I had to deal with Jason the lowlife for a second time. Something so simple as to retrieve the correct VIN # was too much to ask of this below average uneducated bald headed degenerated degenerate. He did not know how to use any of the navigation controls or personal settings. During the test drive he farted in the car and I almost vomited. He also spilled coffee on the leasing documents. I was thinking…he needs to get neutered so he cannot infect the global gene pool. I felt so bad for him because he had to live with himself for the rest of his unfortunate life that I gave him the business anyway. Needless to say, if you decide to purchase at Luxury Motors in Downers Grove do your own in-depth due diligence on the car in which you have interest and make sure you do not deal with a bald headed Rogaine needing below average lowlife degenerate named Jason who, by the way, smelled like the monkey cage at the zoo. Hopefully he will take his commission and purchase mouthwash, deodorant, and a wig for that unsightly bald head that contains little or no brain.

Brad Taylor recetified the problem we had with Luxury Motors. The end result, he took the 323 BMW back, and refunded our money. He also purchased the car from us that we had used for a trade in, and paid us fair maket value.

I purchased a 1999 BMW M3, alpine white on dove gray interior. this car was a perfect car. Many people warned me about luxury motors saying that they sell rough cars. I didn't care what they said, i've know many customer's that were so pleased with there experience that they would recommend LM to all of there friends. So i went to look at some cars and found the perfect car, exactly what i wanted. And the price nobody could even come close too. Patrick BMW in schaumburg had a black car, with less options and wanted more money, and wouldn't even come close to the price i got. And the salesman wouldn't print me a carfax so i was a little scared to buy a car from them. So i went and inspected the car a little more and foundthat the car was in a very bad accident involving rear impact. I ran a carfax also and found out the car was in two accidents. My advice to anybody buying a car is to stay away from patrick bmw because they are crooks. Joe Milano and the luxury motors staff was very professional unlike other dealerships and made the process of buying a car so great. I recommended my salesman and the dealership to a friend the next week and what do you know, he bought a car. and his family also bought another car from them the next week. So to conclude, i have bought two vehicles from luxury motors and will keep coming back for more. This is a 5 star dealership that everyone should visit, even if you're not buying, just browsing, you will have an excellent time. My experience was top notch and nobody should miss out.

We purchased a car from them, WHAT A MISTAKE!!! They totally took advantage of us, our trade in which they wouldn't offer us much they put on the lot for 6,500.00 more then what they gave us for it...when they told us it was in bad shape and only offer us $1,500 for it (up from the 500 of the original offer! We later found out car was in accident which car fax didn't show....$4,000 in damage that wasn't that visable when we purchased it. The next day after we took it to a body shop...they would not take car back...which MOST dealers will give you 3 days. Think twice before buying a car here. Check with the better business bureau...wish we did. This is a mistake we'll live with for awhile. I hope this will make other buyers beware!

Here are the facts. Luxury Motors buys its inventory at auction. The vehicles that they resell are OFTEN flood damage, accident damage, or worse, dealer-retention-buy-backs. I was interested in a MB due to the low price. I checked the carfax, but carfax is pretty useless unless the airbags have been deployed in a crash or the title is a rebuild or flood. I then took the vin to a MB dealer and asked for a "dealer report". This report is mandatory when buying any MB, MBW, audi, ect...I read immediately on the dealer report that this car was a customer retention buy back. The original owner filed a lemon law suit, and the dealer had to buy the car back. MB can't sell the car, so they put it up for auction and slim balls like luxury motors scoop them up. When I was looking at the car the salesman had no idea how any of the options worked or what packages the vehicle came with. If you want to deal with amatuer, guido euro trash that have no idea what they are selling or how to sell it, go to luxury motors. If you want a high end vehicle that hasn't been damaged in a flood or accident and WILL actually be serviced by professionals, go to you local manufacturers dealer. If the attorney general doesn't put this place out of business, their own Karma will do them in.

Luxury motors buys almost all of their inventory at auction. You might be lucky and get a lease return, but most of the time you are buying a flooded/accident/or "dealer retention" vehicle. Most of luxury motors cars CAN NOT be sold at a manufacturer's dealer, so they end up at this lot. Use caution, get a carfax report and then take the vin to an authorized dealer and have them run a dealer report. I found out that the MB car I was interested in was sold at auction after MB bought it back from the original owner because it was a lemon. Stay away from luxury motors, total scam, amateur hour, guido, euro trash operation.

A few more things I forgot to mention and other buyers forgot to mention as well.

When you are closing the transaction, they make you sign a whole bunch of legel documents I think is not fare...such as any complaints must go to the local BBB and not a lawyer of your choice. If you fiance with them you can't pay it off until a min of 3 months. there were others but I don't remember. Just beware.

I bought a car with a clean carfax....later to be told by my own mechanic there was bodywork done on the car

Becareful. Prices are very attractive. I should have stayed away. I bought a 2004 m3 convertible. They had my finance information for 1 week and told me last minute my interest rate. I told them I was going to finance through Capital one and they told me they don't accept Capital one.

I ran the car through carfax and was told there was no accidents. After I bought the car found out there was bodywork all over the car. It didn't look bad because I can't tell the difference but it makes me wonder what else is wrong. Knock on wood I have the car for 1 year and had no mechanical issues.

If you buy from this company and you are out of state like I am make sure you ask them after the numbers of comfirmed....what type of payment do you accept and hire an independent mechanic to inspect the vechicle.

They knew I was arriving from NYC, but they didn't wash the car when I went to look at the car. Their reason was "to keep cost down we don't do that." Hello I'm buying a $50,000 car!

Someone posted they have more complaint because they have more business than other dealership. This is the marketing phrase I keep on hearing from the dealership and bb. I think this is full of horse manure. Once you visit this dealership you will know why people complain about this.

Last word of advise. Stay away. If the deal is too good to pass up, have 2 additional friends go along with you. They will pressure you big time to make the sale. Just like the movie, Boiler room.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I cancelled a purchase with them because of an inspection with a local body shop on the car I was going to purchase. I have not received my refundable deposit back yet almost two weeks later, and the used my credit card number without my permission for a different transaction. I have filed disputes with the Illinios Attorney General, and with my credit card company. I will also be filing with the federal trade commision. Buyers beware!

I had the worst experience with this particular dealership. I was dealing with the internet sales department and buying a car from them and getting it shipped to Texas. I had a deposit on the car and they sold the car out from under me and Roy (the salesman) didn't even have the curtousy to tell me until almost two days later!! VERY DISAPPOINTED in dealership. I was told the car was in perfect condition and the reason it was going for such a good price was because they didn't have the market for it and after they sold the car I was purchasing, he tried to tell me the same car (exact year with a little lower mileage) and it was $4K more and he then changed his story and said that it this new car was in much better condition. I left messages for the GM and they were never returned. I wouldn't ever buy a car from this dealership, so I advise everyone to watch out!!

made a purchase from the op location. overall, this was a good experience. the minor issues i had with the vehicle were taken care of before delivery. another salesman who is not named above delivered the vehicle; he did not want to explain the options on the car (because he was simply the delivery man and made no comission), and he had the nerve to actually want to have a debate when i told him the vehicle needed a front license plate base. after purchasing a mercedes this guy wanted to insist the buyer cough up $40 for a license plate base. i was told the car did not have one because it was not new, it was used. well i still need a front plate to be in compliance with the law, i don't want to hear that sh*t.

i actually bought my first car here, and all-be it it was not the picture perfect experience i wanted it to be, it was pretty damn good...it took a couple days to get the final price and intrest rate but in the end it was totally worth it...FYI GUYS luxury motors has 100 complaints vs the normal 10 complaints for a normal dealership, 10x the average...but if you idiots would stop and do the math, you would realize that they are a world-wide compnay, selling 10x the amount of cars as a normal dealership...so of course they are going to have more compaints becasue they have more customers than an average run of the mill chevy store...DUH

This guy was absolutely terrible. He was completely oblivious to the options on the vehicles I was interested in. He made me feel as if I was bothering him the whole visit. The vehicle I purchased had to be serviced two days after purchase, in which I had to replace tires, brakes, change the oil, and purchase a navigation cd. Do not ever buy a car from this establishment they will not return your calls and do not care for repeat customers.
