My Review of Bill Heard Chevrolet:
I came up to help a female friend that was trying to trade out of a terrible car deal and interest rate. As I walked up I saw the look of horror on the salesmens face. He could just barely get it out to say anything at that point. What happened from there was what my friend and I can only describe as bizarre, unbelievably unprofessional and bordered on threatening. As I saved her and got her away from them the third level manager screemed in front of everyone that next time she should bring a friend that was REALLY trying to help her. This is after they tried every sleazy sales tactic in the book. She liked the truck and would have gone back after we figured out her real payoff on her trade in. Now she will never set foot in the place again. I have never seen more slimey, sleazy people in one place before in my life. Check the web-site for News Channel 5 in Nashville. These guys are being investigated by the state for their sales tactics.

My Review of Bill Heard Chevrolet:
This was possibly the worst sales experience of my life. The vehicle in question was a 2005 Chevy Equinox DEMO car with 4200 miles. After looking at my car, the first offer from the dealership was $1,000 down and 640's per month for 60 months. That's almost $40,000 for a car not even worth $20K!!!

Even worse, the sales person (Ernie) told stories that some people take the first ridiculous offer - that they're obviously dumb enough. Two words for Bill Heard: RIP OFF.

My Review of Bill Heard Chevrolet:
i received a letter telling me i had won what i thought said $10000. the numbers matched up and the $10000 prize was highlighted in red, so i thought maybe this is a good dealership and they're needing new buisness so they're doing a new ad campaign. no. when i walked in before i said anything the greeter pointed me to a table set up where a man and woman looked at my paper and said, here's your $1000 online shopping spree... sounds good doesn't it? but it isn't, you have to pay shipping and handling on all the items and the s&h price is higher than i'd pay for the item they're trying to "give me." i told them that i was supposed to be getting the $10000 cash and they said no that's not what i had won. i feel that i've been deceived by this company and, judging by the vast amount of reports online against bill heard, i'm not the only one. the only way to get these types of companies to be honest is to attack what they hold dearest... the almighty dollar. if you want a good dealership that is more interested in customer satisfaction and helping out you, avoid this place like the plague, i'd suggest the saturn dealership or wolfchase honda, both of these dealerships were abolutely fantastic and helped me any way they could.
